This is an isekai story involving Kemonomimi. (Forewarning, I am not a fan of two sets of ears, YC will only have the animal ears. Two sets of ears is just bizarre to me... like, which set works? Having a set that does nothing makes no sense to me, lol)
Some parts of the world will be primitive, while wealthier parts of the world would be more like the bronze age (with heavy liberties on clothing).
The place MC will be brought to is an alternate Earth that is flourishing and green, forests, jungles, meadows and plains vibrant with life. This alternate earth is primarily inhabited by kemonomimi that draw heavily on the benefits of their animal side and can transform into their animal at will and back again into their kemonomimi form.
Lately though, less and less female kemonomimi have been born over the last few decades.
Humans do exist in this world, but they are extremely rare and human females are highly prized by the kemonomimi males, because human females have the ability to become pregnant by any of their kind and whenever a human female has ever been snatched up by a kemonomimi male, it's been known every single one of those females were VERY fertile and could have multiple pregnancies safely.
MC is Liliana Sinclare… a young woman with psychic powers… and a very unfortunate homelife…
Liliana was born to fanatically religious parents that believed their daughter was sent by the devil… hence why they booted her out of their house by the time she was eighteen, it didn't matter to them that they kept her too busy working her like a slave in the house and she never had time to get a job and prepare for being on her own, they just kicked her out without a care.
Wandering the streets in the dead of winter, Liliana slips on some black ice and hits her head… as she lays there on the frozen concrete with her vision swimming, she fervently wishes for a new life with a happier future before she passes out.
When she wakes up, she finds herself laying in the midst of plush foliage in a pleasantly warm jungle!
What will happen? Who will find her? How will her psychic abilities serve her in this world? Will she be embraced? Or feared?
