About Me
My name's Seb(astian). Feel free to call me Sebby. I've been writing for over fifteen years. I write in third person past tense. I'm currently mainly interested in MxM pairings (usually top/dom positions) but I am open to some MxF. I prefer stories based on characters and their relationships (both romantic and platonic) with interests in themes and tone rather than strict plot points. I allow the characters to direct the story rather than force them to follow a path I've set. That being said, I do have some ideas when it comes to plot, but they're quite loose and they have absolutely no end in mind. I'll reply often (possibly daily), and I'll do my best to match you as long as you're giving the same energy. Posts are a minimum of 500 words but I can go as high as 2k if the story dictates it. I enjoy romance stories, and I like when those include intimacy. That being said, I don't really like to do smut for smut's sake. It needs to have purpose or it's not fun to write or read.
Expectations
I expect a partner who communicates well and isn't afraid to ask questions (I know I will!) if things aren't clear. I don't anticipate anyone to post daily, but anything longer than four to five days will have me forgetting stuff, so if you can't post at least that often we're probably not a good fit. Third person past tense is a must for me.
Limits
Not into sexual gore or stuff involving scat.

Pairings & Themes

We're still friends, right?
Friends who have grown up together end up staying together through college, becoming roommates like they always talked about. YC character tends to get into fights, comes home drunk sometimes, bloody and bruised, keeping quiet that these fights are always in defense of MC. The thing that MC doesn't want YC to know is that all the rumors about them being a total slut are true. They're a fairly casual person who doesn't believe in love. One day YC comes home outside normal hours and catches MC in bed with two other people and loses it, thinking it's not consensual. When YC realizes MC isn't uptight about sex, they propose the two of them become fuck buddies.... Who's gonna fall for who first?
Boss x Employee
A new employee's first day on the job doesn't go as well as planned. He realizes after some time, that his direct manager is the man he used to bully back in junior high. Now that they're at different stages in life, his world is about to get turned upside down. He's made into an errand boy, having to do things well outside his job description, constantly threatened to get fired. The problem, he doesn't have a lot of skills outside this niche industry, so he has to play nice, or end up homeless and starving.
Oh, Crap
Very loose pairing where two guys meet and hook up only to discover the next day that their parents are dating and have been dating for almost a year. They agree to keep the one night stand a secret, but it becomes difficult when they all have to move in together. (This economy, amirite?)

Plotted

It's Not Like That {Slice of Life}
Gabriel has never really been able to explore his sexuality. Because of this, his girlfriends constant remarks about her exploits make him rather uncomfortable. During a drunken gathering, she tells him to get over his insecurities by fucking his roommate (C1). At first he's resistant, but finally he gives in and finds himself wanting to do it again, unable to stop thinking about it. Lucky for him (or not, depending on perspective) he catches his girlfriend cheating on him and they break up. Being the good roommate he is (his intentions to manipulate Gabriel into a FWB situation secret) C1 comforts Gabriel and they end up sleeping together again, and again, and again. Gabriel is clearly more committed, he doesn't have anyone else in his life for something like this, but C1 is free loving, promiscuous, and doesn't want to be tied down. Eventually Gabriel ends things (much to C1's dismay) and looks to his friend C2 for comfort. C2 has been around this entire time, giving him advice, chatting with him at work, maintaining a decent friendship. Eventually with all the vulnerability, the two end up spending more and more time together, with C2 feeling more and more like she has to tell him the truth of her gender identity. But she's worried, because in all of this, she's fallen in love with Gabriel, and she's worried if she comes clean, he won't reciprocate.

This roleplay requires an interesting approach to doubling. In essence I would play Gabriel and C4 (another character opposite C1 and C2). Eventually when Gabriel ends thigns with C1, C1 would shift to being a side character and the focus would move more to the relationship between Gabriel and C2.
Meant to Shatter (Sci-fi/Fantasy)
It had been fifty years since the great war. The sky remained gray and dark, and it would for another fifty years, if not more. The ash and soot that filled the sky was just part of life, and only those who lived inside the pods were safe. The ravished were indebted, only allowed to live because of their entanglement with nature, and their ability to grow food. As they are further oppressed by the unblemished humans, enslaved to their whims, a revolution begins. A revolution that if left unchecked, will destroy the world completely. When the council at odds of how to approach the issue, the military corrupted by backroom deals, there's little hope for survival and peace. But the humans need the blemished to produce food with the sun cast out, and the blemished need the humans for their fill. Without the monthly feeding, they too will perish.
I Told You At The Start {Sci-fi Abuse/Trauma/Violence}
(I will strictly play a top in this role)
Ryker has a robotic left arm, an arm he calls his battle scar. After his military career ended at age 25, due to the injury that lost him his limb, he joined a less than favorable group of ex-soldiers, and his life started on a steady (moral) downhill. The first thing his brethren did was get him set up with the finest limb replacing tech thieves could get their hands on (which, believe it or not, was good). He spent the next ten years working for that same company (Trackin) on and off, often times sabotaging competition with less than virtuous methods. There's nothing Ryker won't do for a paycheck, nothing, and he won't let anyone interfere with him receiving his payments for a job once completed. Which is where YC comes in. Drugged and kidnapped, YC wakes to realize that Ryker isn't the one responsible for their abduction, but appears to be the person trying to rescue them. As are most victims of violent crimes, YC is thankful, but Ryker pays them little attention, almost outright ignoring them. The more desperate your character gets, the more Ryker dismisses them, until physical restraints are necessary to put an end to the annoyance. YC finds themselves once again bound and gagged, the only difference, Ryker won't kill YC unless someone pays him more than YC's father, the CEO of Trackin, to, which is unlikely.
