i'm alister and currently looking for new roleplay partners. please be 18+ before reaching out; i do not roleplay with minors at all. now, on to the more important matters regarding my proposal...
WRITING
descriptive style β i am a novella/literate writer with a usual length of 800 to 1k+ words. please keep that in mind when you're reaching out for a roleplay. the more detailed the responses are, the more engaging they are, but that doesn't mean you have to do everything on your own. we can work stuff out so the narrative stays interesting. however, make sure you have a proper understanding of grammar and add coherency and depth to your writing. i put a lot of effort into my replies, so i expect the same passion from my roleplay partner.
plotting β i'm always down for discussing plots and future scenarios for a roleplay. please don't be hesitant in suggesting any ideas of yours; i greatly appreciate all headcanons and character studies. i focus on the story more than frequent licentiousness; my ideal plot to smut ratio for a roleplay is 70/30.

CORE
themes β i incorporate dark themes and nsfw content into the plots, as in my opinion, it makes the roleplay more interesting but only after thorough discussion. gloomy atmospheres, an unhealthy pinch of toxicity and hints of despair are always a favorite.
pairings β i'm most experienced in mlm pairings; unfortunately, i don't have any experience with wlw so strike that off the list. might do wlm if you ask nicely.
fandoms β non-fandom roleplays are what i'm experienced in. i'm not a part of any fandom, so i prefer original roleplays and original characters instead of canon ones.
genres β i'm heavily into modern settings, forbidden & dark romance, office romance, uneven power dynamics, lawyer Γ client/journalist, reconciliation, author/celebrity Γ fan, obsession/devotion and much more. fantasy, medieval, sci-fi or supernatural themes are usually a hit or miss for me.

personas β i must admit, i have a knack for playing both charming sweethearts (be it men or women) and morally grey, burnt out gentlemen; if you're into that good stuff, you know where to find it.
appearances β all of my characters have real life face claims; if that makes you uncomfortable, then i'm afraid i won't be a suitable roleplayer for you and vice versa. that being said, i will not agree to a roleplay with characters having 2D, anime or AI face claims. it's just not my cup of tea. furthermore, i will not change any of my characters' appearance nor attributes upon insistence.

PET PEEVES
cliches β i won't tolerate absolutely insufferable, stereotypical characters with zero depth and a lack of motive. i do not appreciate twinks, mindless submissiveness, pick-mes and brats at all.
dynamics β to put it bluntly, playing the dominant role in every aspect is boring. sure, a character might be the one on top in the bedroom but that doesn't mean they don't require any romantic/physical reciprocation. complete dominance in the dynamic; giving love/affection/comfort but not receiving is pretty intolerable. i won't put up with a character who is a mere pillow princess.
non-humans β i'm not into furries, anthropomorphic or half-robot half-human characters.
abhorrence β under no circumstances will i include these in the roleplay:

conduct β be courteous and refrain from being unnecessarily rude or passive aggressive. don't try to initiate anything sexual outside of roleplay. i'm completely down to make friends but nothing more than that.
timing β due to my spontaneous schedule, i'm able to respond to roleplays only once or twice a week but for casual conversation and plotting, i'm chronically online. don't be pressured to rush your own responses either.
ghosting β if we're not working out, the roleplay has become boring or you're busy, please let me know. i'm not too keen on being ghosted, so i'd very much appreciate a simple message.
