Welcome to my search thread for anyone interested in MxM plots and related characters. Before we dive into the fun items, here’s some information about me that you’ll want to consider before dropping me a DM. If anything catches your interest or you have any questions do feel free to approach (I’m always happy to answer any questions!).
About me:
- Has fifteen+ years of role-playing experience.
- Works during the week so availability will be sporadic on week days but can produce replies over the weekend.
- If my availability wanes I will make sure to update via my profile and signature but will aim to update partners if anything comes up.
- I try to reply at least once a week.
- I’m open for conversations OOC and about plots so any questions/ ideas always feel free to send me a message.
- I don’t conduct role-plays via chat or instant messaging (i.e. Discord) and prefer forums.
- I prefer to produce two to three paragraphs but adore longer responses depending on my partner!
- Mainly literate but sometimes has issues with the odd grammar (apologies in advance)

Idea one: MC and YC are old school musicians (popular in the 90’s, early 2000s) who became famous stars in their own rights. Now there’s a huge rush of popularity of ‘vintage acts’ leading to a group of famous names touring together in a mini-competition to regain as many old fans as possible. (12 week competition across the world). MC and YC were old rivals when they were performing but secretly loved one another. The two ‘compete’ on stage but behind cameras and paparazzi, they begin an affair, desperate to keep their relationship out of the paparazzi’s gaze until the competition is over (fearing both scandal and being booted out of the competition) but they can’t help themselves when they begin to harmonise both body and soul.
Idea two: MC is a famous singer who’s been around for twenty years and still relevant in the public eye. YC is 10 years younger, new but sparking popularity across the globe at an unseen rate. YC secretly looks up to and falls madly for their ‘inspiration’ and tries hard to win MC’s favour even though MC is infamous for being relationship free for almost a decade after his past partner died however the two are forced to meet regularly when MC’s manager takes on YC, forcing them to work in the same studios, touring together and even signing MC up as a mentor for YC as their fame continues to grow.

On The Case: MC is a omega detective who disguises himself as a beta in order not to let his secondary gender get in the way of his work. MC has been on the force for years and works in the homicide department. YC is an alpha officer newly assigned to MC’s team in hopes of climbing up the ladder to become a detective one day. The two work together on multiple cases (I have some in mind) all the while slowly falling for one another, finding each other in comprimising positions, going undercover together and finding comfort in one another after particularly stressful days- all the whole trying to keep out of danger as serial killers, mob bosses and rival detectives have both of them in the firing line. Can they survive a simple work day let alone people wanting them dead? Who knows~!

- A serial killer who targets alphas as ‘trophy hunting’ - after YC and MC visit one of their latest crime scenes, YC is targeted and hunted down, having to rely on his new partner to get out mostly unscathed.
- A killer who brutally murders omegas and so MC goes undercover while YC grows concerned of the danger, swooping in last minute before the undercover investigation goes horribly wrong.
- A once captured killer who seeks revenge on the precinct and so targets our character’s team with explosives and the two have to escape/ one gets hurt as potential sacrifice (but no death) to save the other.
Amongst The Roses: (Bridgerton inspired) MC is a highly sort after bachelor omega who’s family are fairly well known amongst royalty and the upper class. MC is the viscount of the ‘Arlington’s’, an influential right hand to the crown who constantly attempt to keep out of the public eye with scandals. On the outside the family are perfect and MC is freshly made ‘man of the manor’ yet his mother puts pressure on MC to marry for ‘the sake of the family name’. Shockingly, as an omega, MC is unable to produce an heir. The only two people who know are MC and his mother. MC fears shame being brought on the family if this information was to get out before marriage and so ruthlessly hounds MC to ‘do what’s best’. YC, an alpha and cousin of the Queen, is invited to the summer ball to find a mate, all the whole staying int he same town as MC’s family. The two constantly come across one another while dodging potential suitors, dealing with other family messes and potential reputation destroying gossip. Can our characters fall in love or fall into a a whirlwind scandal where marriage is a MUST but love is optional?

A little gullible and trusting, he sometimes finds himself in lewd situations but always finds a way out. Sam happily does his job in the evenings and weekends while trying to keep up wit his studies- just don’t give him a day off otherwise he’ll sleep the day away.
