I'm a 38 year old woman with two kids. I like gaming, rp, weightlifting, reading, and running. I've been rp'ing off and on since the first days of AOL and ICQ chatrooms. I like to think I've gotten a bit better at it since then. I'm in Hawaii, so time zones may be quite different.
Updating for fun. Feel free to message me if you have an idea you'd like me to consider.
The Things to Know:
- My typical response time is 1/every other day. Sometimes more, sometimes less. I will always try to give you a heads up if there will be significant delay. I would like my partner to be able to give at least 2-3 responses a week.
- Please do your very best with grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- I prefer responses to be at least 2 paragraphs in length. I don't do rapid-fire 1-2 sentence replies, but neither do I require a novella. I will always give you 2-8 paragraphs that includes a response to what you wrote and narrative to carry the story further.
- I only RP romance/smut with players and characters at least 21+. Please respect that.
- I like using face claims, but it's not necessary that you do.
- Please be patient and friendly. Reach out to me if there are any concerns, and I'll do the same.
- I'm not interested in RP's that are just smut. I like more of a 70/30 or 60/40 story/smut ratio. I like slow burns and building a relationship and some interest before dropping my virtual panties. If slow burns are not your thing, or if I'm going TOO slow, please let me know. I can compromise.
- I do MxF or FxF and will play either. Non-binary and trans characters are welcome, but I don't play them.
- I am ghost-friendly. I have anxiety and understand needing a break and that it can be hard to message when you are feeling a certain way. I would appreciate a heads-up, but there are no hard feelings if that doesn't happen. Message me when you're up to it and we can pick things up if you're still wanting to.
- I don't have an f-list, but I can roll with most things. Just ask if there is something particularly niche you're wanting to include.
The Things I Like:
Genres: medieval fantasy (low or high), modern/urban fantasy, sci-fi, horror, paranormal, romance, mystery, dystopian, cyberpunk, alternate history
Fandoms: Dragon Age, Mass Effect, Skyrim, Fallout, Witcher, AC: Odyssey. There are certain canon characters I will play, but usually prefer OC's.
Other interests: Tabletop role-playing games campaign settings, secret societies, Cthulhu mythos, witches, arranged marriage, suspense and dread, nightmares, fairy tales, mythology, reincarnation/past lives, shifters, hauntings, cursed lovers, fallen paladin
I love friendly people to chat with OOC and get excited about our story and where it's going. Want to make a Pinterest board or music playlist? Heck yeah, I'm there for it.
The Things I Don't Like:
Anime face claims (no offense anime peeps, it's just not my thing), standard no-no kinks (toilet stuff, underage, animals), futa, furries, incest, characters with no flaws, fluffy slice-of-life prompts.
I don't like having to turn people down, so please read this before contacting me. I will happily collaborate on ideas with you, but if all you have in your message is your fetish/smut ideas, then I won't be interested.
PLOTS: All of these are left intentionally vague so we can collaborate on a story together using the bare bones of the world-building that I've begun for it. I have no pre-written characters either, to leave the options wide open so we can build characters together that compliment the story we decide to create.
For a brief moment in time, the veil between our world and another sundered, leaving a scar on the Earth and the people where this other shadowed realm touched our reality. These scarred places are called Tainted by those that study them, braving the strange and often dangerous depths of these pockets of alien existence seeking answers. The people, those that survived anyway, were given the rather whimsical name of "Shadowhearts" and bear odd and astonishing powers that result in them being shunned, worshipped, hunted, or recruited - depending on whose attention they attract. Many seek to hide what they are, and for good reason. There is no normal life for a Shadowheart, especially now that the whispers and dreams have begun, warning of a second convergence…
Scattered across the nations of the world are certain families imbued with power. Whether the source of this power is the blessing of a god, magic, a fiendish pact, or something else, what matters most is protecting their legacy. The Order of Sigil was founded to bind these families together, to safeguard the bloodlines and to ensure that no one family rises above the others or seeks absolute ownership of the Order and the world at large. The Gnostic Council was formed of selected family elders to create the laws by which they must all abide, and to enforce them when necessary, by any means.
Now someone or something is hunting the scions of these powerful families, picking them off one by one. The Council has decreed that the families work together to protect one another while a solution is found and the enemy is identified and destroyed. The easiest way to do this is for the families in close proximity to come together. Unfortunately for you, that means trusting your family's greatest rival; a family that yours has feuded with for as long as anyone can remember.
