Abilities: He is a Water Lava Dragon, so not only is he able to spue lava from his mouth he can use the cool water of the ocean to cool that lava forming different stones and gems. He is always warm.

Personality: He is a very sweet and caring guy, it isn't often that he loses his temper. But when he does all better move away from him.... He is very protective of those he cares for and would hate to see any of them get hurt. He also takes his family business very seriously.

Backstory: Kylin was raised as the oldest heir to the Hamutal Business, but his gentleness led his father to believe he would be unable to keep the business afloat. So Kylin's father shifted his focus to Helero, Kylin's younger brother. Helero was quick to learn, excited that he now had the chance to show off since his older brother was always in the spotlight. However, in Helero's greed and haste, a business deal went sour and the price was the life of their mother. Helero held no sympathy for what happened and so he was pushed to the side and sent to study abroad. With Kylin's little brother out of the way, Kylin soon took over the family business once again. Their father mourning the loss of his wife made him unable to focus and so all business was transferred into Kylin's hands and his father took to early retirement.

History: Xander was always one to take care of his family, they came first no matter what. However, one day it all changed and he can't help but blame himself. He had, had a small fight with his father on how things should be and about humans. His loving mother, always the peacemaker, asked Xander to go get the herbs she was short on. Usually, when he went out he was alert, using his heightened hear to keep tabs on their house. He heard his father bickering with his mom about Xander's stupid idea that humans might accept them. So he closed himself off in his mind, thinking only of the herbs and of all the goodies his mother could make with them. By the time he was done he had calmed down and was ready to apologize to his father, but as he got closer the smell of fire and blood filled his nose. Rushing forward he found what remained of his home in flames and his father nowhere in sight while his mother lay cold and wounded. At first, he had thought his father had finally snapped but those thoughts were vanquished as he found his father's body in dragon form. He was sent into a frenzy killing and burning down everything in sight all while crying until he was completely tired out.

Name: Merlin Granger

History: Merlin was brought in from an orphanage when she was four. She has little memory of before then, but she was never scared of what might become of her. When a man by the name of Dorian Hamutal adopted her and took her home she didn't know what to expect. He was a tall man with golden eyes, she was more curious about them than anything which made him laugh. He told her that she would become his son's guard and maid. This confused her but she didn't argue her only question was if Dorian's son would have the same pretty eyes. She soon came to find out that Kylin, Dorian's son actually had far more beautiful eyes. She worked hard training with a sword and learning how to serve Kylin to her best ability. When Kylin was 18 he was attending his birthday party when someone tried to assassinate Kylin and Kylin's father. She had let her guard down and in the process ended up loosing her right eye. After that she never let her guard down with others around who she didn't know.

Partner/s(If any): None, but she doesn't mind teaming up with someone. It's getting a bit lonely traveling alone for the most part.

History: Renzel was a gentle girl who used to smile all the time. However, all that changed when she was 18. She and a few of her friends had been hanging out when one of them mentioned something feeling off. Before any of them had the chance to react a beast swooped down ripping into two of Ren's friends. Thankfully Leon showed up taking Ren to a safe place. After that the two of them worked together finding ways to fight the creatures and Ren vowed to protect Leon. Offering him her life as she owed it to him for having saved her. He never liked testing the new stuff out on her afraid it might kill her one day but Ren never cared about that as long as they could stop others from getting killed as her friends had been. Since that day Renzel began to train with one katana until she had enough skills to wield two. Leon always nagging at her to take on a partner so he knew she'd get back safely. At first, she didn't want another partner due to having lost her previous one. But now there seems to be a slight increase of the creatures and having a partner might not be a bad idea. First, she has to survive the mission she was sent on, maybe her partner could become the one she is currently traveling with.

History: Leon had always been so busy with his studying that he didn't talk much to others. His goal was one day to be just as smart as Dr. Kalzer Frilk, or at least that was his dream until it was shattered. He turned his goal to something else as soon as the creatures began to spread across the world. Saving humanity...it sure wasn't an easy task but he somehow managed to do something for the world. He has been working on something that he hopes will help the human race move forward once again but in order for that to happen, they need more information about the predators.
