I am posting again with a few different ideas:
First and foremost, I must inform you that I am currently doing an apprenticeship in an EU country that is very demanding and would only be able to reply once, maybe twice each Friday and perhaps Sunday as well if I have the energy. I need a partner who would be fine with that and in turn I also respect any delays / slow paces.
As for restrictions in my Roleplays, aside from anything that is against website rules, I am open and comfortable with all manner of things, however I prefer not to dwell solely on smut. I love a good story, Romance is desired and my favorite theme but again entangled in a good overall story. As for my preference in posts themselves, quality is all that matters to me. I also prefer M x F pairings - me taking the role of female. I do not care what gender the writer is though ;)

In a high fantasy, Medieval world with various races, the grandest of Kingdoms came together centuries ago, consisting of high elves, dwarves and humans. Their wealth and trade would also reach other kingdoms but there are also ´barbaric´ races that are left out of this agreement and left to fend for themselves. Races such as dark elves and orcs, for example. There would also be underhanded slavery going on; slavers pulling people from the unprotected kingdoms. Emphasis on the home of the dark elves being one of them. Thus through hundreds of years resentment brewed and the time for retaliation finally came. A war will be brewing and the nobles from the three grand races fear a war with so many years of peace that have gone by.
One of the human Kingdoms boldly sends an ambassador to the home of the dark elves as a last resort to advocate peace and come to some sort of agreement to prevent needless bloodshed. My character will be the ambassador, a daughter of a minor noble attempting to use her honeyed words on the barbaric race. The position of your character is up to you. He could be the chieftain, son of the chieftain or someone else in a position of power.
I do intend for there to be some sort of romance involved, just simply not straight laced and in the end it will be a matter of who persuades who that will decide weather there will be a war or not.

The lady Knight`s kingdom is a great one known for it`s warriors, it is also one of the chosen Kingdoms to guard one of five magic enfused stones that elder dragons once used to enhance their powers. Back when the world was old and the other races weak against the dragons that ruled the lands. Five heroes from five Kingdoms had set out on a campaign to slay these dragons and retrieve the stones. Some succeeded to destroy the elder dragons, others only managed to seal them away with strong magic. For centuries now the Kingdom of my Knight has protected the one stone (element can be chosen by you). There have been other dragons attempting to steal back these stones throughout history but none of them succeeded.

The dragon awakens and flees but instead of simply attacking the capitol as his powers would be drained after centuries of slumber, he instead uses his magic to change into a human that will insert himself in the royal court. Attempt to get close enough to the King to gain access to the sealed tower that contains the stone. His plan is simply to take it and regain his old strength back. My knight does not trust him and keeps a close watch on him the entire time.
Again, I am looking for underlaying hints of a love-hate romance. I understand a dragon would not simply fall in love with a mortal woman, but I do believe a dragon could take interest in her, attempt to confuse her sense of justice and even manipulate her to aid him. Perhaps he could grow possessive and treat her like he would one of his treasures in his treasure hoard under the illusion of love and romance. Or perhaps he would eventually feel something all the while plotting his ascension to power once more. I am open to suggestions.
