As a bonus? While he is strict and intimidating, he hates bullies, her friend suggests he might help her.
She seeks out YC and pleads with him to get the arrogant advanced mages to leave her alone… YC is intrigued by her, he can sense potent and powerful untapped magic bubbling beneath the surface and it doesn’t hurt that she’s quite beautiful.
He proposes a bargain. She agrees to be his girlfriend for the year and he’ll not only make the mage bullies buzz off, he’ll spoil her like crazy.
Though taken aback by the deal, MC figures that he didn’t attach any inappropriate conditions on the terms and it’s just for the year, so she agrees.
