Scarlett is a pretty little rich girl in a world of great divides. The poor die in the streets and she couldn't care less. Scarlett gets bored easily and turns to societal upheavals and gossip to fill her time. Many times she's at the center of the upheavals but the game is not to get caught. If she does get caught, she just pays her way out of it.

Birthed to two of the most prominent and influential political leaders of high society gives her incredible and almost unparalleled power. Her beauty is used to corrupt and manipulate. Scarlett destroyed her mother's ability to have any other children by rupturing her uterine lining on the way out. This resulted in the couple only having one place to place all of their hopes, dreams, and money. It also added to her ability to convince either or both parent of her obvious innocence in almost any situation. They had been desperate for children and she is what the sick universe delivered.
