abilities: called "the phoenix dragon" for every so often, she is able to initiate a "growth" cycle where she is engulfed in extremely hot fire that singes away all her feathers; her body seemingly defends itself from the intense blaze by thickening and hardening into an impenetrable shell. once her flames extinguish, her body slowly softens and her feathers sprout once more. each time she initiates a "growth" cycle, she grows a little larger.
size: as tall as a large horse at the shoulder, but twice as long from nose to base of her tail; tail is nearly as long as her body.
known information: soul-bonded partner of the crown prince, Kiran; frequently seen in battle aiding the prince

Personality:

agile/ sneaky/ swift/ short tempered; orphaned young, amelia learned early how to fend for/take care of herself; although her preferred methods of doing so- breaking & entering + petty thievery, pick pocketing, etc. are questionable. she doesn't have high ambitions for herself, her one and only goal being 'stay alive.' she's incredibly nosey, almost annoyingly so, but impossibly vague- never wanting to talk too long about herself. she's impetuous at times and can be quick to anger/jump to conclusions. she is never without her dagger, a weapon she can wield expertly, having been trained in hand-to-hand combat by a nomad man named Salvador who mentored Amelia through her formative years, though she tries her best not to resort to violence.

shy/ wall flower/ loner/ generous/ standoff-ish; amelia blends into the background a lot more than she stands out, which works just as well for her. she doesn't like being the center of attention and she'll stutter and sweat if she's put in the 'hot seat.' while she does have a 'family' of homeless companions, they are more of a community that exists any and every where she goes, as opposed to specific people she feels actual an actual bond with/ closeness to. despite a deeply hidden (& often ignored) desire to have someone care for her, she often remains closed off to others, yet still, has been known to give her very last to her acquaintances.

loyal/ fiery/ positive; beneath amelia's pointed layers is a young woman who is eager to love fiercely. she appears small and frail but when backed into a corner, (well, first, she will attempt to flee, but if escape is impossible,) self-preservation becomes the main goal- and once that happens.. well, anything is possible.. she would apply this same attitude when it comes to protecting anyone she loves. and while she does not have any faith in humanity as a whole, she does believe in the power of positivity and would shower anyone who made it within the walls of her heart heavily with sweet words of encouragement.

Personality:

Frivolous; as the youngest of five siblings, two of which are older brothers, Jasper has avoided much of the royal responsibility, giving him ample time to plan and attend lavish parties and events. many of his peers regard him with love but rarely burden him with regal tasks and outside of Levos he isn't often taken very seriously.

Fun Loving; Jasper loves to have a good time. He doesn't dally too long in the more serious natured aspects of life and instead chooses to indulge himself in as much pleasure as possible; whether that be in the form of a handsome man or gorgeous woman, a new set of sapphire studs, or an elegant ball where he could dance drunkenly into the wee hours of the morning with his friends.

Ignorant; As a member of the royal family, and someone who's thoroughly wrapped up in himself and his surroundings, Jasper often fails to see things outside of his rather one-sided perspective. He can come off as arrogant and entitled but usually, he means well- just doesn't know any better.

abilities: the spike in his tail can be used to not only impale but also drain magic from his foe, that can then be repurposed and reused later. can also shoot the spikes that line his wings like ninja stars. they regrow instantaneously. has the ability of flight.
size: smaller in stature. fully grown, his body will only be about 8ft long, his tail length will nearly double that. from the ground he stands just under three stories tall.
known information: none. created in secret from a totem the elusive lyla bestowed upon amelia, rekker is another undocumented, illegal dragon of ophidias.

abilities: flight. can manipulate/control nature- cause vines and foliage to grow at his whim. jasper uses orrick mostly to make showy entrances to parties, and to organize and decorate lavish outdoor parties.
size: stands no less than ten feet tall, but will grow as a soul bond is cultivated, to a max of twenty feet tall. wingspan is as wide as he is tall.
known information: at least 300 hundred years old- has been in the althan family for generations. was passed down to jasper by his great great grandmother as a bit of a pity gift since jasper's never been regarded very seriously and she knew he would likely never be chosen to receive a totem to bond with.

body is often decorated with colorful flowers to reflect Jasper's flamboyance + affinity for nature/color. wings can fill in with leaves/flowers for flight.

Spoiler: orrick @ level 100 soul bond

only attained once beforee by jasper's great great grandmother; no one alive has witnessed orrick in this form. at level 100 orrick's abilities are exactly as they are now, except more volatile as offensive strikes. his ability to sprout vegetation will have intensified to the point that he can access the trace magic found within human's, manipulate it, and force vegetation to sprout from them- ultimately leading to their death.
