New world/ breaking lore

I have a oc, by the name of Draco Mortem Rex. he has pretty unconvential lore and is rather op, in that way that makes him broke as hell. Id like to make a world around his lore, so others can meet this man, and experience him as well. hit me up if youd like to know more

he is a Knight when in human form so more of a medievil tone, fantasy of course though.
