AN INTRODUCTION
Hello there! Usually online I go by Taku, or just my username nonexistent is fine. I have been writing for a long-ass time. I started back in the day on Chickensmoothie writing cringy Warrior Cats roleplays as a kid, and from there I kept roleplaying all over the place. Now in my "old age" (24), I have settled down on this site. Though... I haven't logged in or roleplayed in a while. However, I have been dying to use my favorite character again, so I wanted to make a request thread here. I love writing supernatural or fantasy-style stories with different kinds of species. Vampires, werewolves, demons, original species, powers, magic, whatever. We already live in the real world, so I like to make things different!
I like angst, drama, and scenes that get your blood pumping. I like to go: no fucking way did he just do that! I like danger, violence, and spontaneous smut (depends on the character). I like a deep plot with exciting twists and turns. But I'm not all about the suspense. Balance is key. You gotta have some gentler, softer scenes in there as well for a good contrast. Gotta always keep you guessing! I'm not 100% serious all the time, either. Some of my characters aren't afraid to do hilarious shit, and I think it adds realism to the roleplay.
MY POSTS
I'm gonna be honest, I don't know my word count per post. I write until I feel that a post is complete. I don't add excess fluff just for the sake of making my posts long. However, they are far from being bare bones. I simply write until they feel done. Not every post is going to be a banger, but I try my best. When I really get into a scene, though... trust me, you'll know. I start getting this crazy flow. I am a bit slow sometimes though, so please be patient.
My timezone is Mountain Time (MT), which is 2hrs behind EST and 1hr behind CST. For those of you not in the U.S., you'll have to do the calculations on that. I like chatting outside of the roleplay, but I'm not an incessant yapper. I have other stuff I do during the day (full-time college student), and I don't usually have notifications on. I like talking about our characters, making playlists, planning events in the roleplay, and stuff like that. I'm also down for making friends in general (I don't really have any lol).
SEX AND GORE
As far as gore, violence, and sex goes... I'm cool with most things, even if they aren't very conventional. If you want to talk specific kinks and limits, we can do that in a PM. Though I will say, something a character of mine may be into doesn't mean that I personally am into it. I kind of go along with their personality. So if you have something sexual you specifically want to roleplay, I will likely still do it even if I don't personally care for it. There are some more extreme sexual things that I don't think I would be comfortable with, especially on the violence side (like dismemberment, torture, etc.).
CURRENT SETTING/PLOT AND PAIRING WANT
I don't have anything super set in stone here, and I am open to any and all ideas, always. Don't ever be afraid to speak your mind concerning plot, characters, or any ideas you have.
The character I want to use in a roleplay will be given more detail in the next section. Briefly, he is a vampire prostitute who lives in the city and works at a sex club (and his boss runs a bunch of underground gang stuff in the city). This is a more modern supernatural world (think something like True Blood), or futuristic might be even better! I am making this setting sort of a vibe rather than something concrete so that we can build it together as we go along. We can make our own particular lore and all that. I also made it this way so that your character can be whatever you want. They can be human, supernatural, or whatever you desire. Anything can fit its way into this world, and I think that type of open creativity is really fun!
As far as the plot goes... it depends on your characters and which one you think will fit in best in this world's setting. A goody-two-shoes and a violent serial killer are going to get into different things, which I feel would affect the plot's direction. I think one of my writing weaknesses is coming up with an overall plot. I am pretty good with details and advancing things within the overall plot, but getting that overarching plot going is really hard for me. I'd prefer if we thought of something together, or if you read this setting and a light bulb goes off for a plot you have in mind, then tell me about it!
I'm sure you can guess, but I only do MxM pairings. We can add some females in, but for the main pairing I would like MxM. My character is mainly a bottom, but he can top in some occasions.
Vibes? Like a 90's cyberpunk/futuristic dystopian anime... but with supernatural creatures... if that makes any sense?
MY CHARACTER (FINALLY... MAYBE I DO YAP A BIT)
Aristide D'Alto, also nicknamed 'Ari.'
Turned into a vampire at the tender age of 20, Aristide now works at a sex club in the city as a prostitute. Asking him his total age is like asking a woman how old she is - very impolite! His job is tied to a bet he lost to his current boss (the owner of the club and a crime boss), to whom he now belongs to until he can pay off his debt. However, said boss has him thoroughly ensnared in debt. Therefore, Aristide is locked into sex work and is owned by his boss with a large percentage of his pay revoked indefinitely.
Aristide has an addictive personality in every sense of the word. He smokes whatever he can get his hands on, drinks whatever someone will buy him, and never turns down a suspicious little baggie with a mystery drug inside. If he is told it will give him a good time, Aristide hops right on it. That includes other things besides substances. Ari is a sex addict, which helps him do well at his job. Luckily, being a vampire, his body retains its suppleness no matter what he sustains in the bedroom. He may be a slut, but he likes to think he has standards (however low they may be). Considering his current position, it is not surprising that Aristide is also a big gambler and risk taker. Anything that gets his adrenaline flowing, he is likely to do against better judgement. Aristide is aroused by danger, and gets drunk with ecstasy the more insane something seems to appear.
Aristide is gorgeous in every sense of the word. He is tall and very slender in the model sense, with a thin and squeezable waist. If he were human, his BMI would be in the underweight range. He is pale, being a vampire and all, but his lips are rosy and his skin is addictively soft. He has long eyelashes, and his burgundy eyes are seductively hypnotizing. When he drinks, his cheeks get rosy and his usually chilled skin feels invitingly warm. His hair is black and sits in soft waves around his face. He dresses as if he doesn't care what anyone thinks - because he doesn't. Ari's outfits are as slutty as they get while still being tasteful and fashionable. He knows he's hot shit, and doesn't let anyone forget it.
Don't let Ari's cute, slim, pleasant appearance catch you off guard - he is batshit crazy. He's submissive, but only if you've properly earned it (or if he's on the job, in which case, if you pay the right price). If he doesn't respect you or find you attractive, he doesn't pay you the time of day outside of the time together that becomes his paycheck. Despite his fragile appearance, Aristide is quite strong, and can stand his ground in most cases against anyone who disrespects him or pisses him off. However, since he is usually irredeemably drunk or high, he can be taken advantage of or overpowered with more ease than if he were sober, especially if faced with another non-human entity of a similar strength level. Whatever he does, he does it with elegance - whether it is getting railed or beating someone's ass, Ari won't crack a nail or mess up his makeup (besides perhaps with blood while feeding). May God have mercy on anyone stupid enough to fuck up his eyeshadow.
