Poof. Hi everyone! This is Dright, 19M uni student with a love for books, roleplays, and all things writing. On my spare time I love myself a fast match of chess with a friend, a witty exchange on politics with a stranger, or just a slow delve into stories alongside an RP partner. I've been roleplaying for writing for four years now, and roleplaying for about two (embarrassingly, the RPs were mostly smut). I consider myself pretty prepared for anything, from a quick few paragraphs exchange to a full chapter novella scene. I consider my strongest genres historical, fantasy, or smut. I've also done a fair bit of stints questing, so tabletop/GM type plays are definitely open as well. But beyond roleplay, I'm someone who was always fascinated by the magic of stories. Books, anime, shows, you name of it. Walking through the streets of Camelyn with Rand, staring with wide eyes at the walls of towering castles. Looking at the sea with Armin, seeing how the waves glow and sparkle under the sun. Stumbling through house to house, despairing with Jean Valjean, before being stunned back to life by a simple act of grace.

I guess that's what I love reading and writing so much. There's nothing like the pleasure of living a hundred lives, visiting the thousand places that don't exist but still couldn't be more real. I've been introduced here by a friend, and I'm hoping to find a few kindred spirits.

Second! I bet you're wondering how to start Role Playing and where to go! I think it's pretty fun to explore the forums, and I highly recommend doing so! Most thread homes, if not all, have a pinned post at the top of them to tell you what goes there!

However, the Request Threads are pretty self explanatory; Here's a Link! There's plenty to look through, but you could also build your very own! Tell people what you're all about and get those writing partners! Take your time though; there's never any pressure!
