Kinda? I am trying to break my way out of writer's block and this particular plot has been in the back of my mind for years, but never got off the ground. If you're interested in this, go in with the knowledge that my reply speed might vary wildly.

So what's the plot?

The simplest way to summarize what I have in mind is "what happens after the last 5 minutes if the VVitch?"
Now you don't need to have seen the movie to write this, it's not a fandom story and realistically, I'm not actually all that interested in a strictly historical setting. I much prefer to develop a new setting, with new rules, that we can shape to the needs of the story.
But the idea is ultimately pretty simple. A young woman, trapped in a deeply conservative society and its oppressive social expectations (based on New England in the mid-17th century), is tempted out into the wilderness by a demonic entity, offering a libertine life free of responsibility amongst a coven of their followers.
The details and what happens next are open-ended. Though I think we can say, for the sake of drama, that things do not go as she expects. Maybe she is a lesbian tempted by a woman's voice only to find herself still under the thumb of a man, maybe he is a tyrant who torments and abuses her, maybe she finds she enjoys it and her good heart is broken down as she climbs the ranks and in turn, seeks to abuse others.
The entity will probably be male, though details beyond that are not set in stone. His followers will be women and the plan is, for both of us to play multiple of them. There will be rivalry, jealousy and abuse, but there could just as easily be affection and romance as they all find themselves trapped in a prison of their own making.
I do not have many limits in the stories I tell and this is no exception. If you have any, I will respect them absolutely, but by its nature, this story is going to push the limits.
