This is a military humor themed RP meant to serve as an exercise in comic relief and potentially to connect with some other writers with a military background like me.
Private Parts is new to his unit and already engaging in indiscipline behaviors like financing a fancy car at a subprime interest rate, proposing to strippers, and developing an unmanageable addiction to caffeine and nicotine.
Staff Sergeant Alimony is a thrice-divorced soldier-for-life. He has a bunch of unresolved internal turmoil resulting from his own poor decisions from his history of being an indiscipline private once upon a time. He doesn't know how to exercise his frustrations in any healthy ways other than to take it out on his subordinates.
Unfortunately for Private Parts, Staff Sergeant Alimony is his squad leader. Will Staff Sergeant Alimony be able to correct Private Parts' course to avoid ending up like his superior? And how?
Will Staff Sergeant Alimony and Private Parts bond over their shared trajectory and build a productive relationship of esprit de corps? Or not?
We decide!
