Hello, all, and welcome to the nonsense that is my Request Thread! My name is Gator, and I am a menace. Your name is Stranger, and you are the unknown. Nice to meetcha.

What I Am: I'm a 25 year old Swamp Lady from the deep south of the US. I've been RPing on and off for about 13 years; I also write solo fiction, poetry, and the occasional seventeen-page manifesto regarding the appropriate amount of sugar to put in your sweet tea. When I'm not doing any of that, I've also been known to draw (poorly) and work on textile crafts like sewing and embroidery (even more poorly.) These details are not pertinent to this thread, but they are pertinent to me, and I'm the one writing here, so shush, will ya?

What I Write: My favorite stories always involve some amount of fantasy. This can show itself in the faintest traces, or the world itself can be steeped in it. I write for an escape from the mundane; I would assume that you do, too. Princesses and pirates, castles and kings, outer stretches of galaxy and unexplored territory will all be brought to life in strange and unexpected ways. It's up to you and me to fill in the specifics, so if any of the concepts I lay down here pique your interest, shoot me a DM! If you don't see anything that particularly excites ya, feel free to DM me anyway with your own ideas. I promise to be gentle.

How I Write It: As far as my general writing schedule and style goes, it's pretty simple. I post as often as I can, and I try to match post length. Right now, I feel most confident writing 500-800 word posts, which are definitely on the shorter side for a lot of people. I'm flexible in my posting schedule, so if our posts are shorter, I can typically crank out one or two a day, if not more. For RPs with longer, more complex, multi paragraph posts, it might be a few posts a week. To be honest. I've been out of the game for so long that I'm having to relearn my own posting style, so bear with me! That said, I feel the need to state that my life is somewhat chaotic right now, so replies could be sporadic until things get settled. I pop onto the site at least a couple times a day, though, so I can keep in touch and stay collaborating even while waiting for time to post replies.
I am first and foremost seeking a story -- smut is fun and great, but it cannot exist in a vacuum for long. I'd like to build a world with my partner, as well as its populace. Characters need aspirations, obstacles, connections, personalities. The universe that surrounds them needs to be explored. I'm looking for a writing partner to piece together a full and satisfying story with. Adult content can definitely be a part of that, but it isn't the main focus. If you want to include it, just lemme know! I'm accommodating to most kinks, but I feel most confident writing a submissive female character. The rest can be discussed prior to writing.
