[This character was originally created for the world of darkness and as such I've referenced things from her character sheet below, but she can be potentially adapted for the right partner/scenario.]
Name: Cadence Martel
Gender: Female
Age:146 (appears 22)
Species: Vampire, Daughter of Cacophony
Height: 5'6
Weight: 140lbs
Appearance: She stands at 5'6 with her long, black hair typically worn down. Her attire varies, but it is usually dependent on what sort of impression she wishes to form on her audience; she dresses proactively when performing or hunting and she is more modestly dressed otherwise. She appears to be in her early twenties. Cadence does not cast a reflection in any mirrors.
Personality: Cadence is an extremely charming individual who is not afraid to use her good looks to gain the upper hand in a situation. She is extremely intelligent and confident in her abilities. Once Cadence has established loyalty to an individual, she is obedient to their wishes almost to a fault even without supernatural compulsion as she has difficulty seeing the negative traits of those close to her. However, the losses she has experienced have turned her to be cynical and secretive by default, and that level of trust is extremely slow-earned. At her core, she is a compassionate and empathic person, and that shines once an individual has earned her trust.
Backstory: Cadence was born as Elsie Taylor on New Year's Eve of 1872 to Miles and Tabitha Taylor in Norwich, Connecticut; she grew up as the youngest in a loving household. She attended Barnard College's School of Arts program. During her time in college, she was embraced and turned into a vampire. After falling out with her sire, she travelled the country for some time before settling in the Los Angeles area for an extended period of time. During that time in California, she worked with a coterie to prevent Gehenna. During this time, she learned the ways of blood magic and made discoveries about herself. Afterwards, she resumed a life of study and travel. She performs as a nightclub singer when the mood strikes; this has led to her gaining a small amount of fame.
Abilities: Fortitude, Melpominee, Necromancy (Path of Ash), Presence, Thaumaturgy (Lure of Flames), Vicissitude.
