Hello and welcome! Thank you so much for taking the time to read my request thread. :]​

My name is Dawn, I'm 25F and have been roleplaying for a little over a decade now. (EST/GMT-4 Timezone) I roleplayed on and off throughout my middle and high school years, and after some time away I'm back and ready to start writing again! A little more about me, I'm married, working full-time, and a mama to four very demanding kitties. I love reading, I'm trying to get back into drawing after a year of artist-block, and I love swimming!​

Timeliness warning: Due to my very busy work schedule I reply at a snails-pace. (Slow as molasses!) Any and all patience is greatly appreciated! I'm capable of providing 1-2 responses per week during the days of Tuesday through Friday, it might be more depending on how I'm feeling that day. (And based on your own reply speed.) I do not reply Saturday through Monday. Rushing and pestering for replies will only push me away. Thank you!​

How I write:​

• I'm very flexible with POV; I can confidently write third or first POV as long as there is a distinct declaration of separating real life from the RP. If there's evidence of you meshing my RP responses to real life, i.e thinking I am romantically interested in you due to our RP, I will end the RP.
• Length range is flexible as well, however I do not write anywhere under 300 words. Replies typically range between 2-5 paragraphs long, five to ten sentences each. (Writing sample here.)
• I am ghost-friendly and very patient, please don't be afraid to end a roleplay if you feel like you're not interested anymore. I wait for responses a max of two months before considering a roleplaying dead and ending things, even if there is still active OORP.
• I am only looking to write female characters for single roleplays; I'm not interested in writing just male characters at the time. If you come with the expectation of me playing only male characters, you will likely be turned away. (I am also open to doubling for original roleplays too, so don't be afraid to ask!)
• Only looking to pick up one or two writing partners; I don't have the energy to keep up with more than four. Please do not feel offended if I decline RPing with you.
• Generally, I am comfortable with and actually prefer to write out smut. I heavily value building up the relationship and chemistry between our characters before broaching that topic, and really appreciate the ability to maturely speak about it with my partners. I suppose if you are looking for a ratio; 80:20 | Story:Smut.

Enough about me, here's what I'm looking for from you!​

• Are at least 21+ in age, characters should also be 21+ in age though I do have a preference in playing characters that are in their late twenties rather than early twenties. (25+, but not a requirement.)
• Capable of writing clear and concise replies in either third POV or first POV. Meaning, please have a grasp on the English language and ensure I can understand what your reply is trying to convey.
• Please, no less than 300 words per reply. One-liners and even one paragraph replies will cause boredom and likely make me to drop the roleplay. However, 'novella'-lengthed responses can be very overwhelming so I find a good mix of 'literate' lengths works well.
• I am seeking to mainly write MxF pairings with me playing female, so I would like to write with folks who are capable of playing well-written male leads. I don't care about your IRL gender, all are welcome to roleplay with me!

Cravings:​

• I know it is just barely fall, but as you can see I am very much in the mood for a classic fall romance! Give me chilly weather, small towns with neighbors that whisper, baking scenes, walks through the park crunching against leaves; give it (f)all to me!! Am I too excited for this? Maybe…that's beside the point. I don't particularly have any plots, mainly pairings that we can discuss and hopefully turn into something concrete. I genuinely love the plotting process and gushing over ideas, characters, vibes, etc. I want to create Pinterest boards for my OC to share with you and send funny videos or memes that remind us of our RP! I'm really excited to start plotting, so please don't be afraid to reach out if you have any ideas of your own.
