Alright, hello there and welcome to this thread, which is merely a rework of a thread I have made recently and wished to, well, turn into something new! Another idea, another story to write, well... here I am!
So, first things first, you might or might not have seen me around here, and you might have seen how I write and what I can do! In case you have not, I wholeheartedly recommend you check out my posting history to get an idea, because I don't really know if I can stand talking about myself yet again! The long and short of it is I prefer 3rd person writing, usually past-tense, I can write anywhere between, I don't know, 500 and a few thousand words and I am very flexible, depending on what scene needs to be written, what you write and of course, if I'm very inspired! Overall, I can safely say I'm able to match whatever you throw at me!
As for what I'm looking from a partner, well, if you are also flexible and can dish out words like there's no tomorrow, if you like putting your imagination to work, if you like chatting and plotting and just wanna have fun then please, step in! I look forward to reading your PM! And, as per the thread tag, I am looking for someone to play a female character against my male one. Side characters are varied and either of us can play them!
And now, on to the one plot I currently have available which I would absolutely love to explore! If you're a fan of mecha stuff, sci-fi military and monsters from another world, then this plot is just right for you!

A couple centuries into the future, humanity needed to take refuge in space, on an orbital station large enough to house whoever could be salvaged from a ravaged Earth. In the midst of an international conflict, one nation crossed every line when, through an accident, they tore open several holes to another place entirely, an unknown dimension or planet. Yet, before they could figure out what was going on, the creatures inhabiting this other space came pouring through and quickly overran any containment attempts, effectively invading our world. The bulk of this strange horde, which resembled animals yet not quite, quickly spread through, and with more and more creatures joining, many large enough that not even tanks were able to take down, they soon spread across the world. Within a few years, the Earth became their dominion, whilst humans were forced to retreat to a newly built space station, taking only a limited number of people along, primarily scientists and soldiers, and leaving whoever else to fend for themselves.
And thus they remained there for a good hundred years, occasionally sending expeditions to Earth in search of various valuable resources as well as to scout and assess the situation. Recently, however, a new type of combat vehicle was developed in the space station's facility, a massive unit resembling a robot, armed with various new combat technologies meant to possibly finally turn the tides and help humans reclaim their planet. The unit, however, requires two pilots to be fully functional, and thus, a new training program is developed for the soldiers on the space station, where soldiers are paired up and prepared to pilot a unit, with the purpose of then taking on various missions on Earth.
MC and YC are two such soldiers. They both grew up on the space station, and whether or not they might know each other on a more personal level is up to us! But it seems that it was decided for them to pair up and work together! This will be their story!
