The moment comes in every man's life where he realizes... Shit, I never did make a unified request thread, did I?

In any case, this is that thread. Abandon hope all ye who enter here.

The Basics
-
1. I can play dominant males or females of any description. Where possible, I prefer to play both, running tag teams that allow for differing internal dynamics. I am willing, able and eager to play multiple characters. I am open to any MxF or FxF plots or any combination thereof. I do not write MxM or anything that involves it. At the moment, I am trying to work on improving my female characters, so any plots that are FxF, FxFxF or so on would be welcomed.
2. I gravitate towards plots which are dark, violent and extreme. I take any limits my partner has as sacrosanct, but it should be said up front that most of my plots need a bit of darkness to get me engaged. I STRONGLY recommend looking at a couple of my threads if you are interested, to make sure you are comfortable with where I can go.
3. I am obsessed with world-building. I like to build large, complex worlds with consistent rules and intricate cultures. I strongly dislike gimmicks and if I am introducing something to the story, I want it to have logical impacts on the wider society.
4. I reply promptly, when possible. It is alright if you don't. I have legitimately waited months for replies (If you are reading this, you know who you are :p) and I don't mind doing so. Life gets in the way, etc, etc. That is fine. I just ask one thing: TELL ME. I am more than willing to be accommodating. But I can't accommodate hiatus' that I don't know about
5. I am a paragraph writer, at minimum. My openers tend to be extremely long and I can often sustain length. I like replies to be as long as they need to be and my dialogue posts are often deliberately austere in terms of extra content, but I cannot work with one-liners.
6. I am not expecting you to be Tolkien reborn and I am more than willing to help partners who want to improve their writing. That said, there is only so much I can take and replies filled with mistakes in spelling, grammer and syntax will make it extremely hard for me to focus.
7. I don't do jealousy plots. Most of my stories involve polyamory in some capacity (not a requirement, just a preference) and I have come to despise "pick me" bitterness that turns it from a poly relationship into functional adultery. Conflict is fine, as is competition, it's my bread and butter—but if the plot is not monogamous, I don't want all the characters in it acting like they think it will be.
8. This feels like it should go without saying: But I need you to read my posts and understand the words I wrote. I have been writing a long time—for all my great partners, there have been some bad. I have had partners in the past who will ignore the setting of events, will rewrite backstory I gave on the fly or sometimes will just not even remember the setting and context of the story. I've seen someone constantly try to insert real-world locations into a fantasy story we both agreed was fantasy. I am not talking about minor continuity errors—we all make those. But if your post is such a non-sequitur that I genuinely ask myself "did they actually read my post?" the story is going to end.
Yes, all that is "The Basics" in my mind. Brevity might be the soul of wit, but I have never claimed to be witty.
So now for the fun bit.
On characters:
- Characters
-
Why yes I have a character thread, thank you for asking.
As a heads up, I do not tend to build threads around established characters I generally prefer to cater my characters to the plot. My character will always be built to the story, not inserted into one and while I will write with prebuilt characters... it rarely works out. Fandoms are a hard no unless it is taking place in a given world with no interaction whatsoever with the story. I am open to fandom-inspired stories.
For character sheets, I tend to focus on blunt, technical details that are important for writing reference. I am historically bad at face claims and while I am fine if you want to use them, just be aware it isn't something I put much focus on.
That said, I have found some success with AI-generated Face claims and might use them if my partner does not object.
Here is a summary of my current plots and pairings. I can provide more on request. All of these are heavily open to input from my partners.

Plots and Pairings
-
1. Harem politics. This one is fairly simple, but will likely require both of us to play multiple characters. Your character(s) are added to the Imperial harem through one means or another. They have to compete for attention, trying to win the emperor's favour. Could take place in a fantasy world or Dune-inspired World 4 below.
2. MasterXSlave; Classic and self-explanatory, could take place in any number of settings. Might involve a Mistress character and or multiple other slaves.
3. Breaking plot; This one is aiming for gritty realism. Your character is a powerful woman, taken by an enemy
He's going to break her, but she's going to make it hard. This isn't a play where my character will have a trained slave by page three or yours is a masochist who secretly wanted this all along. Her breaking will be brutal, traumatic and the goal here will be to focus on the mental effects of that.
4. I have been watching Altered Carbon and had a vague idea of a revenge plot in which a character has an enemy tortured, killed and put in a new body to start over. Would be inspired by that world, rather than taking place in it. Can be combined with plot 3.
5. I have a story that has been inactive long enough for me to be willing to try it over. A simple village girl with elemental powers is taken by a warlord to be turned into a weapon and a slave.
6. Another plot in a similar situation is a revenge plot where your character gets between mine and the people he is trying to kill. Takes place in world 3 below.
7. Your character is a highborn girl running from... Something. She flees into the wilderness and, after things go predictably terribly, she finds herself in the care of a mysterious woodsman.
8. A male and female vampire abduct, ensnare and enslave twin princesses, leeching their magical abilities and using them as political pawns in a broader scheme.
9. Same as 8, minus vampiric elements.
Aside from those plot outlines, I have a few worlds developed and I am open to setting plots in any of them, including the plots listed already.

Worlds and Settings
-
1. Low Fantasy. Medieval or Romanesque world, where magic is all but extinct and heavily ostracized.
2. High Fantasy. The world is dominated by powerful sorcery and sorcererers, some so powerful that they have ascended to god hood
3. Futuristic Sci-fi dystopia. New technology has advanced humanity beyond belief. Above the clouds are the towers of the incredibly wealthy, living like kings, above the law. Meanwhile in the undercity, so far down that the towers block the sun, crime families battle each other for power and territory. Human beings have access to physical enhancements that can improve nearly any attribute
4. Dune inspired sci-fi. An advanced space-faring society where technology has reached near the level of magic, yet steeped heavily in House politics and feudal structures.
Finally, I'll list out my kinks, desires and no-gos. Consider anything in the favourite section as fair game to build a roleplay around. None of these are required and the list is far from comprehensive
