Hellooo, my name's Bonesy, and I'm a high casual-to-advanced writer who's been roleplaying for around 8 years!
This is a pretty specific request so if youβre not in the mood for a Skyrim/TES based roleplay that
takes place in that particular universe, then this might not be the thread for you.
I'll try my best to keep this post short and sweet but I do have an awful tendency to ramble so please bare with me.
Lately, I've been really craving a some good Skyrim stories that I can immerse myself into while I get cozy for the holidays.
Iβm in the mood for something gritty and authentic, filled with action, adventure, a touch of romance,
and lore. Iβm hoping someone else out there might be too!
So, if you're into high-risk adventures and combat, lore-friendly and immersive atmospheres,
mixed with occasional domestic experiences (like a couple nights spent at camp or in an inn) where our characters
can live life and learn about each other, or plan their next move, then I'm your gal!
I do have a decent number of plot concepts in mind, however none of them are fully βfleshed-outβ,
so I ultimately didnβt feel satisfied including them in the thread. Many of them are left rather open-ended and are basically
made to be tweaked in order to fit with our characters. So, if you wanted to get creative with an OC, youβd have plenty of wiggle room within the story!
I could absolutely provide a list of the plots and their details for those who might want to see them, however I'm also
open to new ideas entirely! If you want to collaborate to put together an original plot we'll both enjoy, I won't protest!
After all, the TES universe has the potential for countless different stories to take place, in my opinion.
What you can expect from me:
β’ I mainly write female characters and lean more towards MxF romantic pairings. So, male characters are most wanted!
β’ 200 to 1000+ words per post, depending on the pace. I also try to match my partnerβs length.
β’ Replies get posted around 4-5 times a week, sometimes more if Iβm particularly immersed. I also work and travel frequently so Iβm online semi-regularly.
β’ Iβm very OOC friendly! I love chatting and discussing the plot/characters, wether it be exchanging silly head cannons or planning future events.
β’ I prefer to use digital art OC references but I donβt mind using real life references if youβre picky!
β’ I have very little limits when it comes to violence, describing graphic material, and dark topics. If you wanna write things like trauma, drug use, toxicity, injuries, etc, then go for it. So long as it suits the story to a reasonable extent. (Having toxic behaviour between characters with absolutely no plans for it to change isnβt fun!)
β’ Iβm open to writing sexual content but itβs also completely optional. If weβre gonna be spicing things up, I like to focus more on story and character building. Feel free to ask about nsfw and kinks! We could definitely discuss it.
β’ I can do short-term or long-term, but I love longer stories a lot more. Iβd love a plot that we could keep building onto (within reason, of course)!
What I expect:
β’ Proper grammar, punctuation, spelling, etc. No one-liners should also be a given.
β’ No overpowered characters, No godmodding, and No "CHIM"
β’ Please don't kill any of my characters without discussing it with me first!
β’ Reply at least semi-frequently (every 2-3) days. Everyone's got a life but if you're already too busy to get online for a week at a time, maybe it's not the best time to start something new.
β’ Do your best to contribute to the lore/plot and communicate clearly when there are things you don't agree with or want to change.
β’ Don't be afraid to suggest new ideas or surprise me with adding something new. If it's within reason and adds to the story, I likely won't have a problem with it!
β’ Take responsibility for your triggers, please! It's on you to communicate your boundaries and to let me know what makes you uncomfortable. If you can't do that, we won't make a good match.
β’ Be yourself! I'll always want you to be honest about what sort of character you want to write, how you want the plot to develop, and where you want to see the direction of the story to go. We both deserve to feel satisfied with our story, so let's be real about it!
