Physical description: Muscular build, the body of someone who has only known hardship. His skin is a dark purple and his hair is short and black. His eyes are a light blue and glow during the day, dim during the night. When he enters a rage they turn crimson. He has typical elf ears, long and pointed but also has a single tusk jutting from his mouth. His hair is often left to it's own devices, messy or swept back. Scars are found all over his body, all from battles, some with beasts and others with warriors. Typically he wears leather pants or hide pants and a simple strap across his chest and shoulders to hold his weapon, which is often a twin set of axes.

History: Born into a tribe of Beserkers, Beast has been raised from birth to fight for every inch in his life. A strong believer that the weak die with no glory but the strong will die with great glory. The tribe is part of a greater society of elves, currently involved in a brutal civil war. Beasts people are bread for war and that is the lifestyle they know, because of this their numbers are small. Beasts up bringing has had very little significants in terms of events other then passing each of his ritual requirments, all paid in the blood of beasts and men alike. He strongly believes he will die in battle one day, bringing glory to his name. To die without combat is without honor or glory. He also believes that killing a creature that refuses to fight brings no glory and must only be done when in need of food.

Half his face is covered by a mechanical steampunk era mask. It serves to cover his left eye, cheek , nose and mouth.

Story: a man seemingly of few words speaks volumes with action. A merc by trade, he hasn't lived a stable life or had any real family ties. A lone wolf, blade for lease and a bullet for hire. He goes by the Tag Guts, and for good reason. Though he isn't anything special, those who know of him know he is fearless in combat, for the right price.

His parents were killed at a young age leaving him to fight for himself, an urchin of the streets he joined street gangs and other criminals. This how ever birthed only a righteous heart as he watched in horror the tendencies of the corrupt. During these misadventures he found him self in a fight he couldn't win. It was hear he lost his left eye and was badly burned on the left side of his face.

The Mask has an interesting story, in short how ever it serves to enable both sight and breathing in full. Enchanted with powerful magics and skilled craftsmen ship the eye grants both sight into the real world as well as the ability to detect magic, a true sight gem. The mouth piece however was enchanted to allow Guts the ability to breath normally again, also filtering toxins from the air and allowing him to breath under water.

Traits:
He is graced by the blessing of magic and though not trained by any skilled Mage he has learned to use his abilities to his advantage. He is also a skilled marksman and blades men as well.

Skills and Weapons: he has built and worked with tinkerers during his time as a street kid, picking up some of the talent as well as making some friends along the way.
He wields two tesla coil pistols designed to harness and focus his magical talents into a beam weapon.
He also wields two focuses strapped to his arms that project his arcane magics as force blades, something like a zealots Psi blades.
He has also mastered the ability to blink short distances, allowing him to slip in and out of existence for seconds at a time.

History: Octavius was born into a military family. Since birth he has been on the move with his parents. As high ranking officers they always seemed to be following the action, which meant moving often. A side from the constant change of scenery Octavius studied normal academics and military strategy. At the young age of 7 Octavius was wandering by a nearby town. It was here he found his love for The Gods. Though his parents had no time for such things as religion they allowed their son this distraction. Octavius continued to attend his normal classes, military cadet training alongside his new obsession with the church. He continued this till he had turned 16. It was at this age he lost both his parents to a terrorist attack. This sparked a rage in him that forced him in the same direction as his parents. For a short time he lost his faith, and trained endlessly with the military. He worked tirelessly on the field, receiving vast assortments of metals and decorations. He eventually worked his way up to the rank of Captain.

It was here he learned a dark secret about his parents death. As Captain he had been taking strides to eliminate corruption in ranks and the political structure. It was then he stumbled upon his parents work and what they were doing before they had passed. He noticed that he followed the exact path they had. At this point he was 25 years of age, a young captain. Because he was so young and so well decorated he had three enemies for every friend he had. It was one of these friends that warned him of the danger he was in. Octavius was scorned by this warning and set out to find those that would threaten him, what he found destroyed his loyalty to the military. What he found was that a colonel and several large political figures had orchestrated the attack that killed his parents.

With the information he had gathered and under threat of assassination Octavius stepped down. Lost and alone in the world He found himself once again at the steps of a church and temple. It was then he was reunited with the church, and took his oath. An oath to stay true and strong, pure of heart and honest, and to never stray from the path. So with that Oath Octavius began working towards exposing the corrupt and destroying evil. He had taken it upon himself to find redemption for humanity, before it was too late. It was on this day that the soul of an Angel was thrust into his body, burning his skin to a charcoal color and turning his eyes to a golden glow. Because of this Angelic Spirit he is now akin to the angels in terms of physical ability, including aging, resistance to disease and injury.


Abilities and skills.

First aid: through years of service as a field medic during his mercenary days Octavius has learned first aid. He is able to perform field first aid with minimal supplies.

Holy Magic: Due to the oath that Octavius swore and his Angelic Spirit he has been granted the power of holy magic, unlocked from his mind and veins he is able to cast holy spells in both deadly and life saving ways.

Heal wounds: With his holy magic he is able to heal minor wounds with little issue. He can also heal serious wounds, repair fractures and broken bones with moderate to serious effort.

Smite: Though he is a man of holy devout he is able to use that power to smite beings of pure evil, the undead and even demons. He manifests the gift he was given in a searing hot radiance that flashes from his hands, striking his target.

Wave of Light: Through years of practice he has learned to project his healing powers through more then touch. With this new ability he is able to produce a ball of holy radiance that heals minor wounds in a 5x30 line in whichever direction he chooses.

Cure minor Disease: Though natural medicine is capable of curing most diseases, magic can cure them instantly. Octavius has worked hard at being able to remove and stop small infections and even diseases.

Weapons and Armor:

Combat Shotgun: In typical urban scenarios he is usually seen using a Combat Shotgun. This weapon has been enhanced with holy runes to allow it to shoot blessed metal as well as project holy light to heal those in it's path.

Holy Hammer: A great hammer made of steel and other alloy metals. It is covered in symbols of the gods and can be used as a focus for his Wave of Light spell. When wielded in attacking an unholy foe, Octavius can channel holy energies into it to smite the evil being.

Enchanted full plate: Typically only used in open warfare, this magical armor is enchanted to be extremely light and durable. Made of already tough materials and enchanted to be practically weightless, he uses this army when on an actual field of battle. Silver in colour with Golden trim and blue accents. The Symbol of The Gods is stamped upon the front of the chest piece.
 
Name: Mearick, Rick is the name he is known by when interacting as a mortal.

Physical description: Mearick is a tall man, standing at six feet. As all angelic figures he is muscular and toned, his body perfect in the way it was constructed. His eyes are a golden hue but when on acting as a mortal they are hazel. His hair is a pure blonde, not a hint of brown or white in it and often cut short with a bit more length at the top. He chooses to keep his face clean shaved, believing that facial hair rounds out his face too much.

Abilities:
Natural Enhancements: Mearick is blessed with divine strength, agility and durability. He was born to play the role of soldier and as such his abilities are given around that.

Inspiring Presence: Both on and off the battlefield Mearick has the ability to inspire courage and bravery in those that need it. This ability also doubles as a way to intimidate those of evil nature, inspiring fear in their soul. However this ability does not extend to those that have no soul, such as demons, vampires and other mythical horrors.

Grace of Light: Graced by the light of his creator, Mearick will heal when in direct sunlight. His body will rejuvenate over time when exposed to pure energy or the sun.

Interests: He seeks power, as well as balance in life. He seeks to eliminate people with no purpose and wishes to give purpose to or free lost souls.


History: Jah'Rakul history is not well known. It is known that his family followed dark religious beliefs and that they used black magics. They summoned and worshipped demons like gods. Jah'Rakul grew up in this environment and it with current evidence is known to practice the same dark rituals. During his younger years as a cultist he was laughed at as weak and un worthy of the gift his parents had given him. The gift of magic and lots of it. Great power flows through his veins but he refuses to use it. He sees the reason they use such magics as a waste. So he left his cult and parents to find a new path. He commits horrendous crimes and performs rituals against nature to help him find a path. He is currently seeking balance in his life so he may safely unlock the power he holds birth right to. In his travels he has decided to shed some of his more dark rituals for the search of neutrality in life. This has unlocked a few minor spells of the light.

Powers: He is well trained in dark magics. He is able to use small curses, create powerful illusions and create bolts of dark energy. He has been known to use some elemental magic such as fire ball or frost nova but it's not his go to.

The Wanderers Grimoire:
This is The Dark Wanders spell book. Inside is each spell his family has ever put into writing. Ancient spells of pure evil, ceremonies of dark intent and a curse. A curse that his bloodline will not find comfort in sleep, they will not find replenishment in food. They are haunted by nightmares and the taste of rot. They how ever are able to gain power and nuerishment through siphoning others fear. Since Jah has used more of his power the book has awakened its ability to house souls. Jah has chosen only to house the souls of demons and twisted spirits. The more souls inside, the more ancient spells Jah may unlock. Current soul count: 94

Spells known:
Siphon life: A spell designed to siphon the life force of its target. It does not work upon the dead or unliving. It is not powerful by any means but can give the caster minor rejuvenative qualities.

Death Bolt: This is a curse spell, with the ability to kill parts of the body. Cast from short distances this bolt travels quickly. If striking bare flesh it can instantly kill the flesh and muscle in that area. If covered in leather or thin metal it only weakens the limb it impacts.

Scorching Hands: The hands of the caster become hot with flame. This spell can be used to apply third degree burns to bare flesh, light cloth on fire or super heat metal.

Sleep Curse: This curse can only be cast on a single target but is effective against characters of weak will or already weakend victims. The curse will place the target under a deep sleep filled with terror and fear. If the caster is able to focus they are able to manipulate the dream as they see fit until broken.

Spirit Siphon: This spell works similar to Siphon Life, except against the unliving. This spell cannot rip a soul from a living victim, but can suck the energy from a detached spirit or animated corpse. This spell slowly siphons the spirit energy of any spectral being or undead creature.

Dark Tendrils: Casting this spell summons multiple tentacles from the ground or Jahs hands. These tentacles are designed to attach to an enemy and hold them still, act as puppet strings or even whip targets.

Soul release: A Necromancy spell used to free lost souls from torment when trapped to a location or being. Spell aquired from years of searching for equality.

Mend Minor Wounds: This allows the caster to heal small portions of damaged or dead flesh.

Minor Rejuvenation: Allows the caster to cast a rejuvenating spell that replenishes hunger and hydrates the target.

• He wears tight leather clothing. The armor looks as if it was made by him and is also adorned with dirt mud and other foliage.

In public places he will be wearing a swashbucklers shirt with the top four buttons undone. This allows for majority of his muscular chest to be exposed. He is also usually wearing loose leather breeches in common settings or tight black pants in more formal settings. In any towns he will be carrying a small stick attached to his thigh, this is his weapon.

Brief back story



Kar' dil Sprigleaf is known as Breeze, because that's all he seems to be to any travelers that pass by him. The strong silent type, and a child of the earth, he has grown since the age of 30 in the comfort of the wild. Lost at a very young age by his parents, Har' sul and Cryalla Sprigleaf, while on a vacation. Traveling through the vast and thick forest of Lithlindel, the young Kar' dil somehow managed to escape the vehicle they traveled in and slip into the night. His parents though grief stricken made no effort to rescue their child, knowing the odds that he would even survive the treacherous wilds, and returned to their home to grieve. It has been over a hundred and some years since this tragic event and rumors have began to spin of a strange boy who wanders the forest, assisting travelers who end up lost or injured. Since the Forest Gaurdians have made their debut into public life he has come forward as the Elder Spirits right hand.
