A sleeping dragon, one that if awoken would bring about a winter that would last 1000 years. Recently there have been stirrings that someone wants to bring the dragon into the waking world. Doing so will bring about the end of most life, and darken the sun. Your realm's leader has sent out a widespread plea for help. Will you answer the call, or will you do your best to make sure whatever nefarious being is successful?
The Spiral Tower Academy: A school for young adult mages, but not everyone is happy. People believe that the different mythical creatures should not interact in such a way. Demons, Angels, Fae, and mortals all congregate to learn and to weave their spells. There have been incidents around the school: Items missing, vandalism, staff members suddenly quitting...The staff are in need of those to find out what's going on and who might be behind the malicious actions against the Spiral Tower. Will you be a student who tries to unravel the mystery, or someone from the outside who wants to see what this school is all about and bet tangled in the web of intrigue?

In the center of town is a coffee shop called the Curious Cat Cafe, run by a kind woman who has an affinity for felines. Here residents and patrons find comfort. The coffee is always fresh and the atmosphere akin to home. The owner is always willing to listen, and perhaps a bit more. I have an idea that involves old mecha that some people pilot for sport and profit. These are relics from bygone days before the war/event that cause the fall of society. These mecha require a lot of physical training to pilot as even with the energy source it requires a lot of strength and fitness to properly pilot. They're not gundam/jaeger size more like bus/transformer size
Society is slowly coming back together it's more of a steampunk era. Outside main city walls is the Wilderness/Voidscape. The outside can be dangerous because creatures can be dangerous and mutated beings that can cause great harm. Trade is still quite sparse because the roads can be dangerous.
I have an idea for a female character who is one of the first women who are able to pilot. She's going against the norm and her family's wishes and pilots this mecha she was able to cobble together to earn money. She's a high society gal who's drawn to the gritty life of the common folk.

She is descendant of a Fae lord and a human spellcaster. Because of her mixed blood she is looked down upon by members of society, especially her mother's family. This attributes to her low self esteem and her insecurities, and her fae blood makes her susceptible to emotional outbursts.
The only time that the best parts of her personality really shine through is when she's performing or she has reached a level of comfort with another.
