Hello, I'm Summer. 24 y/o, resident nerd. You seem to have found yourself on my request thread. Before you proceed, you should know that my interests are generally reserved for MxM pairings. If this doesn't interest you, you should probably move on.
Expectations:
Let's get down to it.
Interests
A couple of my big interests are: fantasy & fantastical settings, non-human characters, and darker content. This includes gritty settings, twisted characters, toxic relationships, and taboo themes. Villains are my favorite. This is not to say that I don't enjoy some fluff to balance out the angst - I think it's necessary, actually. My sex:plot ratio is a solid 20:80. I don't limit myself to playing just dominants or just submissives, and in fact prefer a good variety.
Settings:
YES: Fantasy, D&D, Space and Science Fiction, Dystopian, Supernatural, Historical/Period Pieces, Medieval, Horror
NO: Slice of Life (I get bored.)
Themes:
YES: whump, hurt/comfort, enemies to lovers, romantic rivals, love triangles and polycules (Yes, I am fully aware that they're two different things), revenge solves everything, Opposites Attract
NO: pregnancy, misogyny, targeted violence against women (makes me very uncomfortable)
Pairings:
types: M/M, M/F/M, M/M/M
Character tropes:
Tall, Dark, and Handsome
Suffering in Silence
Just a Little Bit Unhinged...
The 'Loki' Archetype (Tricky Knave!)
The Villain who just wants to Burn It All Down
The Chaotic Morally Grey Protagonist (making good And bad choices)
Men who are Big, Pretty, and Stupid (the holy trinity)
Nihilistic Knaves (willing to do Anything so long as they Profit from it)
The Best Friend who Betrays You
Villain with a Tragic Past
Competent and Deadly Women In Control
Big Scary and Scarred (but with a Heart of Gold)
Competent, Cold, and Calculated Villains (because it makes it all the better when they Explode)
Fandoms:
Castlevania, Lord of the Rings, Mad Max, Fallout, Star Wars, Alien, Mass Effect, Transformers, Critical Role, Dungeons and Dragons, the Legend of Drizzt, Love, Death + Robots, Dark Souls, Legend of Zelda, Bloodborne, Borderlands, James Cameron's Avatar, Skyrim, Baldur's Gate... (and lots more.)
Some Plots, for your consideration:

-Revenge is a dish best served hot. A gritty roleplay themed around revenge and vengeance. Similarities to (and inspiration from) The Crow and John Wick: Left for dead after witnessing the murder of his family, a man is taken to the hospital in critical condition, where he lays in a coma for several months. One of the police detectives assigned to the case comes to visit him every week, checking in on his progress, but to no avail. Month three comes and goes, but in month four, the detective comes in to the hospital one day only to find an empty bed and an open window, with the patient nowhere to be seen. Several weeks later, a gruesome murder is discovered. The victim, a hardened criminal himself, is one of the suspects from the original murder case. The detective has to double down, to find his quarry before its too late. But even if he does manage to find him... what's he going to do? Arrest him? Or help him get his vengeance?
-A lighthouse keeper is confronted with the body of a huge scarred seal washed up on the rocks. The poor thing is barely breathing and he wants to ease its passing, so he takes it in for the night to give it something soft to rest on, somewhere warm and comfortable to slip into oblivion. When he wakes the next morning, there's a man lying in front of his fireplace - huge, covered in scars, and very, very naked. Selkies are supposed to be an old wives' tale. How was he to know that he brought one in from the rain?? (Or that, by giving him back his sealcoat, he has accidentally proposed...)
-Two con artists: An elf. An orc. (These races/characters can definitely be modified!) And a scheme to steal a priceless artifact from a temple — a scheme that goes right… until it doesn't. Suddenly, they find themselves trapped in one another's bodies. Seemingly with no way to immediately fix it, they're left with no option but to forge forward in desperate search of a cure. Hijinks ensue.
-An Alien/Na'vi roleplay. (This one's for the monsterfuckers.)
This will be a crossover between Alien (1979) and James Cameron's Avatar, which, as you may have guessed, will result in a xenomorph/na'vi hybrid! Terrifying, right? But also, like... kinda sexy~?
Pairing options include: Alien/Scientist, Alien/Marine, ***Hybrid Xeno/Captured Na'vi Tribesmember
-Borderlands: Handsome Jack/Various
What it says on the tin. Just some good ol' gritty Pandora goodness, with all the guns, blood, and scag brains that may entail. Pairing options include: Handsome Jack/Rhys, Handsome Jack/Vault Hunter OC, Handsome Jack/Zer0, Handsome Jack/Nisha/Vault Hunter, etc. Feel free to suggest a pairing to me, I'll more than likely be into it. (Plot to be determined by pairing. I have a couple of ideas.) As you may have guessed, I am highly interested in playing as Jack, which will bring a certain level of... personality. Be advised for sensitive content.
-Knight/Princess/Dragon
Make no mistake, when I say dragon, I mean the shape-shifting, sapient D&D kind. Not a mindless beast. The story so far involves a knight (or perhaps a mercenary in knight's armor...) who's been dispatched to retrieve a princess from a crumbling castle. The catch? The castle is occupied by a dragon (or demon, if you ask the locals). Luckily, he's obtained some top secret intel about some secret tunnels that lead in and out without ever having to bother with that pesky front door. Infiltration is simple. The situation inside... not so much. As it turns out, the princess has very little desire to be rescued - and may even be in a relationship with the dragon (Scandalous!). And now that the noble (or not so noble!) knight knows the secret, there's no way they're going to let him go...
Expectations:
- I have a busy life and a low social battery. This means that I will generally reply about 1-2 times a week. I will try to provide notice if something disrupts this, but I'm placing my bar low, as to not disappoint. Enthusiastic communication preferred.
- For the most part, I will match my partner's length on replies. I like to keep it between 3-5 paragraphs per reply. 300-3K words, but I generally average between about 500 words per reply for the sake of flow. I will not be hurt if your reply length does not perfectly match mine. So long as it is all in the spirit of the plot, I'm all for it.
- I am a fairly literate person who tends to seek out partners who are the same, so good spelling and decent grammar are important to me.
- I really dislike when a character's entire personality revolves around their position in bed. Please don't do this. Along that line, please no Mary/Gary sues. I have no interest in 'perfect' characters.
- We're all adults here. We all have lives. No drama please. If you're bored or life is getting heavy, let me know. I'll do the same.
Let's get down to it.
