For one night only, the chained fence just outside of the abandoned Mercury Works warehouse was left unlocked, and those individuals who were informed of the evening's event would know exactly where to enter from to join the strange gathering... of Clown Girls and GENTLEMEN.
Beyond the dark and echoey hallway, anyone who arrived would push past thick sheets of plastic that hung down from above to find themselves within the main hall of the warehouse, surrounded by all manner of random, industrial equipment and machinery... large vices on tables, violent looking drills, unused meat hooks hanging from the ceiling, saw blades, and the like. But accompanying these, presumably, long forgotten bits of storage, would also be signs of more recent additions... warm and comfortable looking sofa chairs arranged about the space, an ornate, red rug placed in the center of the room to cover the cold, hard concrete floor, with bottles of high-end liquor placed upon the many counters, along with various conspicuously placed paddles, collars, leashes, gags, cuffs, and other BDSM paraphernalia. Tonight, this wasn't the Mercury Works warehouse at all; It had been transformed into the pop-up club known as Buttons, wherein women are invited to cast aside their inhibitions, embrace their weirdest, most vulnerable kinks... and gentlemen are invited to assist them in that endeavor to the best of their ability.
What is Buttons?
Buttons is a pop-up fetish club wherein (usually submissive) women congregate to spend time with (usually dominant) male attendees and play out various scenarios or indulge in taboo fantasies in a (mostly...) safe environment. The only rules in regards to appearance and dress code are that female attendees MUST appear in clown makeup and that male attendees MUST appear in business or business-casual attire. This is vital to maintaining the correct atmosphere and power-dynamic of the club: the makeup allows female attendees to take on personas that distance themselves from their everyday selves, either partially or fully giving in to a state that is silly, dream-like, pet-like, or otherwise mentally and emotionally soothing and free of judgement, while male attendees are present as safe, steady figures not unlike a parent or master in BDSM terms to help guide the "clown girls" through their desired experience. What activities are allowed and what activities are not?
For the most part, any activity a clown girl wants to engage in will probably be allowed. This can range from extremely sexual to cute and playful, and stem from either a simple desire for kinky recreation to an attempt to work through some past trauma by regressing to a sillier, less mature state of mind in a judgment-free zone. Sexual behavior (you don't need me to list orifices and positions, you know what they all are) is permitted anywhere in the club and all attendees should expect to bear witness to all manner of kinky fetish play between clown girls and gentlemen. - Verbal or physical abuse (this is different than BDSM or fetish play)
- Breaking the skin or causing bleeding of any kind
- Scat (The smell just ruins it for everyone else...)
