Hazel eyes peered at the clock on the wall, that was droning monotonously with every passing second in it's customary ticking. A sigh left a set of velvet, rose colored lips as a delicate hand swept caramel, swirling locks away from a deeply tanned face. Perfectly manicured nails tapped against a glass of red wine, almost matching the substance with their deep red color. A form fitting maroon dress was tugged at in places, and pulled a little further down a set of supple thighs for the sake of modesty. Impatience was thick in the air, as a beautiful woman gazed at the screen of her laptop, the light blue from the screen illuminating her skin as she peered a touch too close to the monitor.
"Where is she?" Elise muttered, taking a small sip of wine before placing it down on the mahogany colored nightstand and crossing one leg over the other as she rested her head on her palm. The other hand that was once holding the glass now toyed lazily with the fabric of the khaki, suede couch, absent-mindedly drawing patterns within the soft material. It had seemed as if her business partner was late to the meeting, much to her disdain. Work had been busy lately, even when she was working from home, and the meeting at four o'clock with an investor was rounding the corner, only a couple of hours away. They needed to discuss their new line of products in detail if this was going to go over smoothly, and yet Elise had already waited for Rachel thirty minutes passed their scheduled time without so much as a peep. It was unlike her to be so tardied, and it left the gorgeous woman feeling a little distressed in response.
The jingling of keys and the unlocking of the front door grabbed Else's attention quickly, and a meticulously groomed brow quirked in response to the sudden arrival of her husband, whom she assumed would be taking a client out for lunch instead of coming home. Business never really allowed them such graces this early in the day, so the very sight of him was quite the surprise. As he entered, the tall, broad, handsome thing that he was, Theron looked at his beloved with a grin as he placed his laptop bag on the table and walked over to her with his signature devilish grin.
"Oh you're home? Not working in the office today?" He questioned, striding over smoothly to brush his knuckles along the side of Elise's cheek. A warm smile was given in response, though her eyes never truly left the laptop, waiting for Rachel to respond to the call at any given minute. "For today, anyhow. I have a couple of meetings to do at home today. Rachel is in Italy visiting her father, but we have to go over details about the new Dolcello products. What gave you the pleasure of coming home so early?" She questioned, a bit of a muse in her voice as she cut her eyes towards Theron with a look of curiosity.
Creeping over to the couch, Theron let out a sigh before taking a seat and wasted little time in wrapping his arm around Elise's slender shoulders. His crimson eyes stared at the computer screen for a while, before finally shrugging his shoulders. "I did have lunch plans if I'm honest, but the client canceled last minute. A family emergency, supposedly." He hummed, before casting his eyes at his lovely wife with a wolfish smile. "Not that I mind, if I'm honest. You're much prettier than he is." He said with a chuckle before brushing his lips over Elise's cheek and breathing in her scent for a moment. He loved the perfume she was wearing. She always smelled so divine. "How long have you been waiting?" He rumbled, a nearly hungry tone lingering in his voice as he contemplated the time he had before he needed to return to work. "I think I know what I want for lunch and I think she's on the menu today."
"I promise you, she is not." Elise insisted, a mild agitation in her voice, but that smile, oh that lovely smile that could light up a room and draw so many eyes, it spoke much differently. How he couldn't help but admire it. "Are you sure?" He asked, his voice husky, with the slightest tinge of smoke and brimstone lingering on his breath as he moved his lips slowly down to her neck, grazing his teeth lightly against her warm flesh. A whispered, breathy exhale lingered in the air in response to the attention, before the beautiful woman gave her lover a chastising look. "Rachel will be in the call any minute." She noted, to which Theron merely rolled his eyes.
"Come on, Elise. She's already late. How much longer are you going to have to wait for her? We can make it quick." He noted with a devious look in his eyes that was met with a warmer one in kind. "I can't stand you, sometimes, you know." She teased, running her fingers through his jet black hair before lifting his chin with her palm to greet him with a slow, passionate kiss. A kiss that erupted like a volcano the minute the sensation graced his lips. A soft growl was given in response, like gentle thunder as he eagerly returned her passion, and more. He loved it when she was like this. He loved her professionalism, and all the hotter when she toyed at being hard to get. It was always their little game they played, and he was almost always the winner. Turning his body to face hers directly, the hand around her shoulder pulled her close to him as the kiss deepened, making her let out a sinful sound he would kill for. God, was she delicious. His perfect woman.
Laying her back on the couch, Theron wasted little time in removing the black button up shirt that hugged his broad frame, releasing the well muscled, tanned flesh from within. A broad hand traced up her thighs, lifting her dress as it traveled upward, until it found it's way to one of her beautiful breasts and lightly squeezed it possessively. Another sweet sound. God, he loved the sound of her voice, the soft praises she made. Just as she reached for his belt, however, a voice sheepishly called from the monitor.
"Uhhh....Elise? Is this a bad time?"
