Hello! my name is hawkology, or just Hawk for short.
I've been roleplaying on various sites for close to 14 years, though recently it has been a bit on and off as work picks up. But I'm now in a good place to try again! Mostly looking to play female characters right now because I never get the chance!
Some fun facts about me:

• I am 24 years old
• I once ran a roleplay that had more than fifty people.
• I'm an avid Outdoors Enthusiast

I consider myself a semi-advanced writer, typically writing at least a paragraph per post, and I'd love to have that reciprocated! I will do my best to provide long responses and I will always move the scene along, you have the Hawkology guarantee that you will not receive a single "She blinked", not even one or you can kill me personally. I do believe quality over quantity, though. So no pressure!


I'll try most roleplays at least once! I do however have some limits and some settings and scenarios I just don't enjoy!

Now for the fun stuff, I enjoy roleplaying fantasy settings especially, if it's a modern sort of roleplay I really prefer that it have some kind of fantasy or paranormal element! Some of these are just pairings, some of them are actual plot ideas!

Current pairings I'd be interested in:

Knight/Noble
A newly crowned King searches for a suitor during a time of unrest and finds the youngest daughter of a noble family, perfect for his uses. His intentions may be to strengthen alliances or perhaps he takes her in order to control a rival. The woman he hopes to marry is not one who will simply lie down and take it, she may be young but she knows how endlessly cruel the world can be to women, she will do what she must to survive an impending civil war. After her city is invaded, shortly after her wedding at that, she is forced to flee on her own with little experience in the "outside world", she meets a knight who may help her survive, and perhaps take back her place in her world…
This one I don't really have a completely clear story for, I know what character I'd like to play, and I'd love to play her off of a character who is a little on the rough side.

Preybirds
When a young woman is given the gift of foresight a knight/hero/your choice here is sent to collect and bring her to the ruler of their land, he wishes to use her as little more than a mirror to stroke his own ego, though her prophecies may not be what he desires. She fears that her gift may be a curse that will bring a hideous end to the home that she shares with this hero.
This one could be your classic "medieval Europe" fantasy but I think it'd be just as at home in a Greek fantasy as well! I would love to world build on this one some!

Antagonist/Hero
Dark days have fallen over the realm, not every story of heroism or an epic journey ends well, a hero is taken as a trophy by the villain with the intentions of producing an heir for his new kingdom. Alternatively, rather than playing the villain, we could make this potentially longer lived by having the hero escape and rejoin a surviving party member.
