I, along with three other explorers, will be a team set out on a journey to explore South America and hopefully more. Flight is a possibility but has only been accessible to many for a few years, making travel by flight a risk sometimes. Although this is South America, forget everything you know about it. Here, no one has explored and nobody knows what lies beyond the jungle and who the natives are. Perhaps we will find the mythical village of Chun'gonya, or the fabled Caeca Fides where all citizens are supposedly blind. The adventure is ours!
As a team of explorers, there are some roles that may be chosen below or if you believe you have a role that would realistically contribute to a team of explorers, go ahead and make your own.
Roles
Cartographer- (Mapping)
Linguistics Expert- (Translation of foreign languages and possibly the recording of new languages)
Pilot- (Planes aren't easy to fly you know! Especially when autopilot isn't a thing!)
Bookteller- (One who keeps track of everything in journals to provide data and findings to others upon returning)
Hired Gun- (Always nice to have someone who knows how to shoot in case we run intro trouble)
Now I know some of you may worry that any natives we come across may be hostile, but that is not to worry! Whether or not we have a hired gun, we will all be equipped with a fully functional pistol! Although, it does resemble more of a gun for starting track races, I am sure it will get the job done... hehe...
