Hi, all. Very new here; I discovered this site through a search for an alternative to the writing site I was using previously. I've honestly never dabbled in thread-based roleplaying, so I'm a little apprehensive, but also excited! If I'm doing anything wrong or posting in the wrong place, please let me know!
At the moment I'm wondering if anyone would be up for a BG3 storyline? I can't stop hyperfixating on this game, it's unreal.
I should mention, right off the bat, that I do work 2 jobs that keep me very busy. However, in the little free time I do have, I love to write and world build and form connections with other writers. So I do need to stress โ please don't expect novella-length replies from me every single day. My jobs have to come first (unfortunately, lol), but I promise my responses are worth waiting for. (โยดโก`โ)
What I'm looking for:
โซ As I just mentioned above^, I currently have 2 jobs, one that I work on the week days and another on the weekends. So I'm definitely looking for a partner who can be PATIENT when it comes to replies!
โซ While it doesn't matter to me how often replies are sent, I am seeking a partner who is literate and well-versed in the English language, someone who puts effort into their replies and the evolution of their character(s).
โซ Someone enthusiastic; nothing is worse than having to plan everything out myself, do all the work, etc. and feeling like my partner couldn't care less about the RP.
โซ A lot of smut. I prefer the story to smut ratio to be around 30:70. That can be fudged to fit with whatever my partner prefers, though. ^^
โซ More of just a personal preference, but I love when my partners write more 'unusual,' or unique, characters. Vampires, werewolves, serial killers, don't be afraid to think outside of the box!
*In terms of a BG storyline, I'm comfortable writing Astarion x OC, or OC x OC. I don't feel comfortable writing for any of the existing canon characters, as I'm just not great at writing canons in general. I can also write either male or female characters, but I prefer that you play a male.
*I would also be open to doing an original fantasy/medieval-based RP if that's more your style.
A bit more about me:
โซ For some context, I'm 26 years old, female, and I live on the East Coast. I've been writing for about 6-ish years now.
โซ I am literate, write mostly in 3rd person, present tense.
โซ I love to talk and converse and just generally get to know my writing partner outside of the RP. If this bothers you, please just let me know. I promise I won't be offended.
โซ I would prefer to exchange kink lists in DM's.
