I am looking for rp specifically for my character in a setting of my own creation called 'Makkados' in a fantasy world. I will be using my character Essuru.
> Posts from me will vary in lengths, from a few small paragraphs to many depending on how much description is necessary for a setting and characters involved. I do not fluff up a post to make it large for the sake of bigger paragraphs. I will post frequently and would like for my partner to be able to do the same or, at the very least, a few times a week. If you are no longer interested or have to stop the rp for any reasons, please let me know. Life happens and inspiration can fade. I am very understanding and will offer you the same courtesy.
> Smut is welcome, but I am fine with skipping moments like these for my partner's comfort.
> Expect violence, horror, and very dark themes.
> Do not make me carry the entire rp. Throw surprises at me. Feel free to play other characters (npcs, if you will) or control the environment.
> But please don't godmode.
> No extreme kinks, bathroom play, 'ageplay/regression' (adults wearing diapers and such), inflation, ect.
> Communicate with me. I am always willing to compromise and hash out something new in a plot. Let me know what your ideas are, whether or not you are uncomfortable, or anything else. I am shy but friendly.
A Dark Tale
The kingdom of Makkados was great and prosperous with beauty that was spoken of the world over, with villages that grew from the peaks of misty mountains and a palace that glittered on the highest summit. It was the kingdom of waterfalls, of starlight and plenty. Makkados was envied by all until word spread of its terrible secret.
Makkados was plagued by a godlike demon to which all, even the king, must obey.
The people of Makkados could no longer recall a time when the demon did not cast a shadow over their lives. He was the source of disasters and bloodshed and the master of monsters and other demons. His temperament was notoriously cruel and centuries were filled with stories of his bloodlust and torment upon the people of Makkados when they did not appease him in one simple, yet heartbreaking way: the sacrifice of a bride.
But not just any bride would do for the demon god. He demanded this token from the bloodline of the ruling king. After one king passed and another was crowned, the offering was to be made. Countless princesses had been lost to the demon and each of their names were added to the memorial pillar in their honor.
The king of the newest generation had many sons and only one daughter whom he treasured above all of his children. After pouring over the scrolls of Makkados' history with the demon, never once did the details regarding the bride claim that he could not replace a daughter with a son. The demon demanded beauty and subservience along with royal blood, and it was this loophole that sealed Essuru's fate upon his birth. From the time he was capable of walking, to the age of adulthood, he was trained to be the perfect royal bride. His appearance was rigidly maintained and he was strictly controlled with the knowledge that he would be given away to a monster that would some day slay him. Essuru complied on the surface with his intended destiny but, in secret, he learned the art of the sword and all that he could find on demons, monsters, and his 'future husband' with the intent to kill the demon the day that they met...

◦Bride of the Demon God◦
YC is the demon god. For centuries, he has received countless brides from the kings of Makkados, and he will receive one again. This time, something is different and it may be his end.
◦The Childhood Friend◦
Essuru's life has been spent in seclusion from birth. He had barely any access to his siblings, very little contact with his parents, and saw only a parade of handlers, tutors and disciplinarians. He was a crafty child, however, and found ways to slip away. YC could have been the child of a palace servant that was clued in to Essuru's secret. Now that the time has come for Essuru to be sent away, YC is chosen to offer him up to the demon god.
◦Rogue Mishaps◦
During one of the rare outings for Essuru to see the kingdom, the caravan is overtaken and the 'princess' kidnapped. YC, a rogue with motives of his own, expected an easy operation. What he did not take into account was Essuru's skill with a blade, nor that the tables would be turned with the sword at his neck.
◦Sibling Rivalry◦
In spite of the forced seclusion, jealousy arises between siblings. Essuru longs to have the life of his eldest brother, the heir to the throne, and his brother is sick of hearing of the stupid 'bride' that is supposed to prevent Makkados from suffering calamity. Childhood pranks and teasing have the potential to grow into twisted, darker moves...or sympathy and an attempt at understanding.
◦Your Ideas◦
If you have a character that does not fit in with the prompts mentioned above but fit into a dark, ancient/medieval fantasy setting, hit me up with your ideas. I am open to all types of characters, but any romance will remain mxm.
