Howdy, I'm Ulysses,

I've been roleplaying for about ten years, mainly in Original and non-erotic RP spaces. I've done a host of personal erotic writing on the side, so this is my attempt to bring all my writing loves under one roof.

So, color me one part new and two parts known. I want to try out different types of plots, fetishes, characters, everything. So please, if you can, come to my PMs with plenty of preferences and ideas of your own.

Rules

  1. General Courtesy. Tolerance for LGBTQ+, Trans, foreigners, and foreign concepts, please. This is a website that connects smutty writer to smutty writer. I'd like to keep my eyes on that prize.
  2. 21+. I typically prefer to write with those at my age or older. I'm just far more comfortable that way.
  3. Speak with a full chest. I know we all tend to be more reserved and, to an extent, more critical. Ghosting is a natural impulse, and I'll not ask you to ride out a bad RP with a stranger. However, on a smaller scale, please be as honest as you can. It's the only way we can improve & better fit together.

About

  • I go by Ulysses; I'm from the Western US; Yes, I wear the funny hats & boots.
  • I'm 26, born male, and I identify as He/Him & Pansexual
  • PT is my current timezone, with CST, EST, JST, and WET time zones at random.
  • Usual hobbies include audiobooks, history textbook chomping, language learning, video gaming, ttrpgs, motorcycle riding/tinkering, and the like.
  • Check my profile for up-to-date message frequency and time zone.

Offerings

  • 3k-500 Word Count Range (3k usually for starters, and 500 generally only for dialogue/smut, with regular responses fluctuating in between 1k-2k)
  • 50/50 - 70/30 smut-to-story ratios
  • Bi-daily on-site OOC replies, Daily OOC response on messaging apps
  • Weekly to Daily RP Responses (Currently Weekly RP responses)
  • Happy to play one or multiple main characters
  • I typically focus on Slice of Life, Abuse/Horror/psychological, and political plots. But I am intentionally looking to branch out.

Wants

  • Original characters/settings. I tend to stray away from fandom and premade characters alike. I want to build things up together.
  • I typically play male mains and have no preference for my partner's gender or that of their main. However, I am happy & interested in writing any gender.
  • I want a response at least once every two weeks. If we have OOC going during that time, it can be a bit longer, but not by much.
  • I'm looking to explore the erotic RP space. In all honesty, I want to try everything at least once. That's to say, I want you to bring your wants to the table as well.

Don't Wants

  • I am not a fan of Bimbo x Boring Dom tropes.
  • I don't want to play college/school settings. Nor do I want to play young characters. 21+ is my baseline, though I'd prefer both characters be a bit older.
  • I don't want to play in a one-sided setting. We both need to move the plot along and take part. Sub & Dom doesn't mean 'Player & DM' in my book.
  • I am not a fan of anything pastoral. I want to be clear: I deeply enjoy country settings because I can connect with them. But the obsession with farming and wearing rose-tinted glasses while looking at cow'shit is what I don't want.

Kink limits

  • I won't have minors be part of the story/characters. Nor do I want any 'ddlg' or 'mdlb' tropes, even with aged-up characters.
  • Hard limits on scat, sickness, vomit, vore, hyper/oversized, inflation, and excessive gore.
  • Third-person perspective only.
  • I won't accept playing as, or with, a main character that is basic or a self-insert. I don't mind playing more typical fluff, but if it devolves into sexting, I tend to lose interest.

Plots

These are just a few off-the-cuff ideas; don't take them as mandatory. If you've got ideas or would rather form them together, I'm just as happy to do that.

I have no preference for your character's/characters' gender. However, in these plots, assume I'd prefer the male-marked role.

Badges and Bruised Backs
(Modern/1900s, Setting & Characters, Enemies to Lovers)

What happens when a fetish club finds out a particularly prudent detective is infiltrating her club as a new member? Well…humiliation and blackmail, of course. It helps when he is the one investigating an entirely unrelated enterprise consisting of drug dealing and prostitution. But just how far can one blackmail? How much leverage can a fetish club owner gain over a detective? Can she really keep him off her scent? Who holds the power over whom?

One thing is for sure. Fucking each other's brains out on a weekly basis probably won't make these questions any easier to answer.

Shaking Up the Blood Bags
(Medieval, Setting & Character, WIP (m/c))

A thousand years of blood. From the soft, silky, olive-infused bodies of Romans and Greeks, to the sultry, spiced, salty necks of the French and Germans. The vampire on the hill really has had her fill. But now, that beautiful, lonely vampire hungers for something more. She starts plumbing old tomes and ancient texts for a more refined palette, Daemons. Big, horrific, and most of all, brimming with wonderfully strange fluids.

Of course, she could always use her new pets for more than just dinner. She was centered in a very unruly part of the newly Christianized Sweden. How easy it would be to topple a few local lords and raise some good ol' hell. But was she that kind of vampire? Or the type that would rather drag unsuspecting humans from such places to their messy deaths? Oh, the possibilities!

Rusty Knives and Country Wives
(Modern, pairing & Setting, 'Dark love story')

Cowshit, gas flares, and industrial smog are all that the county of Platte has to offer. The men were too overworked to care about their women's open and obvious bruises, and the women were too preoccupied with pipes and rolling paper to care as long as a family was made and somewhat maintained; few to any cared to look deeper. The only profitable households were those that supplied the drugs that ran the tiny towns that dot the large county. And even they couldn't hold onto their money for long.

So when a young mother gets half off her next high by fucking her drug dealer? In Platte County, that's basically a love story. And when they, after a particularly horrific night for both of them, decide to up and leave the county together? That's more of a fairytale.

But neither had the cash to get out of dodge. But her husband did. He had the deed to the house…a stash of money somewhere…and he was a real heavy sleeper…Platte is a real dangerous place after all.

When Light Pushes Back
(Scifi, Setting Only, 'Deep Space Horror')

Ten years on earth, for a deep space 'light hauler', goes by in one. Ships are designed to push their engines nearest to the speed of light. Colonies in the furthest reaches of space rely on them for everything they can't produce themselves. Right now, that means just about everything.

And so, deep space moves ten years as slow for those in it and ten years as fast for those outside it. If one gets too greedy for that deep-space pay, they run a risk of missing everything back home. A few of your newborn's birthdays, a few of his job shifts, and his funeral. The call to those dark rungs of space ensnares all who step foot in it. Leaving husks of humans left behind who have lived to see generations of their cities and families live and die.
Worse yet, deep-space anomalies appear on every voyage. It's not uncommon for a hauler to disappear, only to be found millions of miles off course, with gruesome stories to tell of its motley crew. And life forms, of all horrific types, so adore these traveling goodie boxes.

What tired, dead souls would want to join such a ship? Is the pay really that good? Is life really that worthless? Have they already lost it all?
