- A cross between “interview with the vampire” and “nosferatu” / “dracula”! Someone please give me a enemies to lovers dynamic set in alluring New Orleans, Transylvania, or any such place—between a human [vampire hunter, a melancholy writer, nun, etc] and an older vampire.Another idea in mind is the reincarnation trope, where the vampire chances upon a human who resembles their long-dead lover. We could combine all these ideas ofc. Gothic Victorian setting.
- Inspired by The Conjuring franchise and a handful of other religious-horror movies! A nun and a priest teaming up after the church assigns them a case, forming an unlikely pair—the only twist is? The priest is a demon. And the nun is a demon hunter. As for what they’re investigating, i’d love to develop that together! Is it a haunting? a rumored poltergeist, a murder or a suicide? the alleged birth of the antichrist in some remote village? A virgin declaring pregnancy? It could be anything. I would love to set this anytime between the 1950s (possibly even the 1940s, if you’re a fan of WWII!) to the 1970s/1980s, when the occult obsession was at an all-time high. However this isn’t a must and i’m also open to modern day.
I have LOTS of ideas for this that I would love to expand upon together! OCs are super welcome. Bring me the world-building and plenty of angst. I adore dead dove themes and complex, toxic dynamics, as well as characters who are deeply flawed and immoral. For this prompt, I prefer a MxF pairing, with me writing for F (your IRL gender doesn’t matter to me! Everyone is welcome). Limits and triggers can be discussed in private.
I’m very chatty so I’d love a partner who’s enthusiastic and detailed! I wouldn’t want to be the only one putting effort and steering the plot forward; I want to gush about our OCs and the story itself together.
Please come with a little intro of yourself and at least an idea for your character (even better if it’s a pre-established OC). I might ask for a writing sample just to get a feel for your style.
If you’re interested, feel free to reach out!
