Meta-tether: which is a form of flight/telekinesis with extra steps. The focal points are his hands and feet. When he is pulling or pushing against something with greater weight than himself, it'll affect where he moves in relation to it, whereas if it weighs the same or less, it'll determine where the object moves in relation to him.
Background:
During his time as a teenager, Ben took part in the Peregrine Program, a government funded organization that offered gobs of money in return for volunteer guinea pigs, which led to Ben going from an outgoing bright eyed kid to a short tempered superhuman. His abilities also made others fearful of him, leading to many giving him a wide berth or bullying. He would go on to try out for a hero training course, only to drop out in spite of high grades. It was also during his college years he became roommates with Elijah Stone. As a dropout, he'd continue work as a warehouse loader.

Can create beams of light from thin air, which works as a way to blind enemies, as well as allowing her to run through the air. in concentrated amounts, she can use the same light to make something ingite, but the farther it is, the more difficult it is to aim and the less effective it is. This also means she can ignite flammables and explosives.

She's recently Graduated from Highschool and was excepted into Kingston University, and as her first assignment is shadowing Sampson Everest.
