Standing at five foot ten, Zwei exemplifies an effortless elegance. He's on the slimmer side build wise, but don't let that fool you. He has strength that betrays his size. He used to train using twin swords and still uses them for duels and the like, but in actual combat he uses twin hook swords that he carries on his person most of the time. His bronze skin is smooth aside from the scars he has attained over time from his combat training. He wears a subtle amount of jewelry, not over the top but enough for others to understand he's a noble. His long black hair is slightly wavy but is usually tied in a straight single ponytail His eyes are an unusual ruby red, something that seen as a blight when he was in Levina. His facial expression is typically gentle and clam, some would even describe it as inviting. Though his glare can inspire a truly uncomfortable feeling of fear.
He dresses somewhat eccentrically. He normally wears dark colour tops with light coloured bottoms. He wears golden hoop earrings, the only gift he holds from his time in Levina. He also wears a necklace with a pendant that contains magical properties. It prevents other people's magic from messing with his insides as long as he's wearing it. It's the only thing he won't take off, even when bathing. His tops are usually vest like with no undershirt and he typically only buttons it up halfway. He doesn't consider himself vain, but he worked hard for the body he has and had no qualms about showing it off. He wears partial sleeves to cover the few scars on his arms from his combat training. His pants are typically accented with a belt.
The aura he gives off is that of a serene body of water. He carries himself with a quiet, calm confidence. The sort of aura that would inspire a feeling of safety and stableness with the person accompanying him. But there are moments where the darkness he hides surfaces. When he's like that, he gives off an uncomfortable feeling of uneasiness in others. His natural scent is that of slightly smokey pine.
His family was originally from different land, as such those from his lineage don't have the wings that other people do. It was a tough adjustment for his ancestors when they settled in Levina as they were slightly discriminated against for being wingless. - Personality

Zwei gives off the impression of a free spirit who marches to the beat of his drum. He tends to be outspoken when he considers it necessary but he tends to observe. He is whimsically sarcastic, his snark is more endearing than it is tiring. He is also very capable of being passionate and combative if provoked or if decides so. Despite the floaty, absentminded demeanor he has, he is extremely observant. He constantly is expanding his knowledge on the skeletons in others closets, he uses it both as ways to establish his connections deeper and, if need be, blackmail.
Though he believes that he has moved on from his past and accepted what happened to him, there remains a sliver of resentment still. The way his family treated him formed the person he is today. And while he doesn't hate who he is today in the slightest, he can't help but wonder how he would've been if his parent's treated him better. He doesn't currently seek revenge but a catalyst may be enough to change that...
Like all people, Zwei has insecurities he wishes to hide from others. His main one is that he feels that he is empty inside. Whether as a result of trauma from his upbringing or his mind adapting to his surroundings he has come to accept that at this time he struggles feeling...strong emotions. Sure he can laugh at a joke or feel sad at a play, but he can't feel strongly for things. This strikes true for his personal relationships as well. He has people he considers somewhat important, but that's more for their diplomatic value. He has no one to confide in. No one to speak openly with. No one to care for. He romanticizes the emotion of love. He truly wonders if he's capable of it. He hasn't really met a woman to inspire those types of feelings.
If Zwei were to finally feel love, it would probably take a while for him to understand that, love, is in fact the emotion he is feeling due to his experience with it. He will be affectionate and considerate for his special someone. He sees infidelity as cruel as wouldn't even dream of being unfaithful to the person he comes to love. - History

Born and raised in the fairly high ranking noble family, Atonia, in Levina. Zwei Halio was born 'Cyrus Mardoc Atonia' and the first born son of Mardoc and Lucile Atonia. They were typically outside the norm in terms of complexion and hair colour. But their historied allegiance and dedicated loyalty slowly had their family accepted as a high ranking noble family and ally to the royal family. Half the citizens still consider them wicked and lesser but there wasn't much they could do about that.
Cyrus was raised under the impression that he would be a potential suitor for the child of the Nox family if they produced one and if not he would be married to another family of power. Cyrus had no issue with that. He understood that love was not a privilege that those of noble blood were allowed. Sure, it could possibly develop later, but the point of these marriages were for power and diplomatic purposes. That was...until the birth of his brother Alexi.
In their early ages they were treated equally, given relatively the same amount of attention, care and love. Alexi looked up to Cyrus and copied his tendencies and pastimes, though he wasn't capable of matching Cyrus' physical training.
Cyrus quite enjoyed training with the sword. He was remarked as a prodigy with a very unorthodox style of combat. While he was still strong, he focused more on speed, agility and technique. He had almost unnatural flexibility and was extremely difficult for soldiers trained in the typical way to deal with. He is currently undefeated in duels and it doesn't look like his streak is at liberty of breaking anytime soon.
Since he was young, Zwei had a innate fascination with secrets and the unknown. That slowly progressed to him being a fearsome negotiator and skilled diplomat. His cunning rubbed of on his brother even, some would even consider it quite a contrast to Alexi's normal character. The brothers were fairly close. However, everything changed on Alexi's 10th birthday. Cyrus' brother had been marked with favour by the moon and as such had a decently sized crescent marked on his back and for every following full moon, his hair would turn silk white. This made Alexi a much more likely candidate for becoming the husband to the royal family's new daughter. And thus they began neglecting Cyrus to the extreme.
Cyrus grew to resent his parents, seeing them as nothing but power hungry. That resentment almost spread to Alexi himself but Cyrus was mature and knew that his brother wasn't particularly at fault. Him being the singular object of his parent's attention still made him feel negative emotions though.
At 16, Cyrus began to expand his own circle and established connections as himself rather than simply because he was an Atonia. He also dived into the dark secrets of Levina. He came to know the secrets that the other noble families held, including the royal family themselves. He came to know that they had a second daughter that they essentially locked away and hid from the world. He never learned the reason or what she looked like however because he was summoned by his parents days after learning that fact.
His parent's informed him that come Alexi's nineteenth birthday, he would be officially announced as Celestia' s husband-to-be. However, it came with a condition. Cyrus had to die. He contained too many secrets and thus became a threat. However his parent's gave him the ultimatum of he can die or leave and never return. He thought he had stopped caring about his family but it cut him fairly deep that they simply accepted the royal family's decision. So on the day of his eighteenth birthday he was forced to leave. That was when he took on the name Zwei Halio.
He had ties to Celadon from his maternal side. And with ease he acquired a seat on their council. Someone as gifted in politics and combat as he was, was more than welcome. In fact, he came to be someone with much more influence on said council. He planned to simply live out his life quietly until a the King chose a woman to join the council over the relative of the seat she was replacing. Just at the end of that introductory meeting, the King would announce a new rule that whoever was on the council would need to be married with in a month to keep their seat, so they could ensure that there wouldn't need to be a vote for a new family to take over the seat. Zwei had been able to use the Elemental Magics of Water and Earth from a very young age. Though he had to keep his capability with Earth a secret due the conflicting views on it. He has been as consistent at training and mastering their uses as he has with with physical training.
He is capable of creating and controlling water at will and affecting nature around him. He can be dangerous to combat when near a natural large body of water or an area lush with nature. Zwei is also capable of moving between areas where there is water. He has an area of his residence hidden that he uses this ability to return to it at will.
He has developed his own personal style of combat and uses twin hook swords, though he will still use twin swords for regular, not to the death, duels. He is physically gifted, akin more to a gymnast than a regular muscle head. - Theme Songs / Playlist

Standing at five foot eight, Alexi gives off a princely impression. He is fairly slim, similar to his brother, Cyrus, but has much less defined muscles as he just didn't enjoy being overly active. His bronze skin that runs in his family is smooth as he needed to maintain his appearance extensively as a possible suitor for the Nox family. He wears a fair amount of jewelry, as he needed to exemplify his status, or so his parents told him. His shoulder length black hair is slightly wavy and flowing freely. On full moons his hair turns a silky white. His eyes are a bright hazel. His facial expression is typically a gentle smile. His youthful boyish charms had many admirers before it was officially announced that he would be wed to Celestina. He has a decently sized graft of a crescent moon on his back, though it is smooth to the touch as if it is part of his skin,
He dresses as his parents raised him. He normally wears dark colour suits with the occasional lightly coloured ones. He wears golden hoop earrings, something he copied from his brother, gold bracelets, a couple of rings and a necklace. He doesn't do the best with being the center of attention but he's learned to hide his discomfort over time.
The aura he gives off is that of an adorable animal. For one reason or another others are drawn to him. Something about him inspires a protective instinct, whether it was his ignorance of the world outside of Levina or something else entirely, it was just a fact. He gives off a faint scent of honey.

Alexi gives off the impression of a free spirit, like his brother, but he likes to go out of his way for others. He tends to ramble a bit as he usually speaks what he thinks, often speaking his internal thoughts by accident. He gives off the same energy as a golden retriever, as he wishes to help when he can and enjoys bringing smiles to others. He is constantly expanding his knowledge, another habit that he picked up from his brother and getting better at navigating political issues.
He believes that his brother is still alive despite what his parents informed and misses him. Cyrus was a major influence on him and not being able to even say goodbye still bothers him. As a child he wasn't completely aware of the contrast of how his parents treated him and how they treated Cyrus but he has come to suspect that there was a clear difference. His parents don't acknowledge that they treated Cyrus wrongly though…
Unlike most people, Alexi doesn't really have a hidden side. Having been sheltered by his parents, he hadn't really needed to develop one. Though he does have a decent amount of stress. He wants to live up to the expectations of his parents. That and he is still somewhat unfamiliar with the function of political marriages so he has been prepping to do whatever he can to make his partner happy.
Alexi faces most things head on and love will most likely be the same. His naiveté on matters of the heart means he would lack the shame of admitting how much he cares for someone or what he finds attractive. He has accidently charmed quite a few women due to his honest yet blunt approach. He, like his brother, sees infidelity as a cruel and unreasonable action and wouldn't even dream of being unfaithful to the person he comes to love. - History

When one of the nobles were meeting his parents about a proposition, he could tell something was off about him. He brought it up to his parents afterwards and the venture fell through. This ended up working in their favour as the noble intended for them to take the fall and be jailed instead of the noble.

Alexi could tell that his brother had some negative emotions towards their parents during that time, but when he would inquire about it, Cyrus wouldn't give him an answer. So Alexi lived on completely clueless of his preferential treatment by his parents. However, he was presented with some tragic news at the age of 13. His parent's informed him that Cyrus had passed. But there was always something off about it. They weren't really grieving and when he asked to see the body, they wouldn't let him. So to this day he continues to hope that his brother is out there somewhere.

Alexi had been able to use the Elemental Magic of Water, like his brother, and Light Magic from a young age and had been taught to control it better by tutors his parents employed. He is capable of creating and controlling water at will, though he has less control of it than his brother, and can use Light magic to Heal. Some theorize he was meant to only use water magic but due to his marking of the moon, gained something extra.
Alexi is completely unaware of it, but during full moons he is extremely dangerous. Like how the moon affects the tides, his water magic's potency is multiplied tenfold. All he knows is that his control of water during full moons is very low. - Theme Songs / Playlist
