Probably won't be a spell casting druid, but will definitely be a wood elf druid. I noticed in the SRD there are no Druid feats. Is that right?

13th Age arranges their feats underneath the class' powers and talents.

For example, under the Druid's Beast form you'll find:

Adventurer Feat For both initiates and adepts, your second beast form attack (the one you roll when the first attack misses) now deals miss damage equal to your level. If you are a Shifter adept, you can have two beast aspects active at the same time. If you start using a third aspect, one of the two previous aspects of your choice ends.

Champion Feat If you are a Shifter initiate, you can now cast spells and use magic item powers while in beast form. If you are a Shifter adept, you can have three beast aspects active at the same time. If you start using a fourth aspect, one of the two previous aspects of your choice ends.

Epic Feat If you are a Shifter adept, your beast form can now be a lycanthropic form when you wish—furred, deadly, and possessing a new power that you can use only while in lycanthropic form: shake it off.

Okay, I see those now. I just noticed that under the feat section of the SRD every other class has a collection of feats in one place, but the Druid doesn't. Plus under the class there's only a small number of feats. I think I know the direction I will go however, so no problems.

It's a mechanic to speed up combat. On the first round of combat, it's a 0. Then it advances to 1, 2, 3, etc up to 6. PCs add the escalation die to all their attack rolls, and it can also serve as a timer. Some abilities key off the escalation die as well.

I think I get it. My Character is almost complete. I have one last question (hopefully) and I hate to be a pain in the ass, but can you translate the following text. If the escalation dice is 0 at the start of combat how would this work? I'm asking because there is a feat that could enhance this situation and I want to know what the benefit would be to take it.

Elven Grace (Racial Power)
At the start of each of your turns, roll a die to see if you get an extra standard action. If your roll is equal to or lower than the escalation die, you get an extra standard action that turn.

At the start of battle, you roll a d6. Each time you successfully gain an extra action, the size of the die you roll increases by one step on the following progression: (d4), d6, d8, d10, d12, d20. If you get an extra action after rolling a d20, you can't get any more extra actions that battle.

It's the start of every turn, not every combat. So, turn 1, can't work. Turn 2, the escalation die becomes a 1, so if you roll a 1, you get an extra action. Round 3, the die is a 2, so a 1 or a 2 gets you an extra action.

Now, you start by rolling a d6. Every time over the course of that battle you get that extra action, you raise the die type so it's a little harder to get the next free action. Of course, the range is getting bigger and bigger each turn as well.

Okay, now it makes sense. Again not knowing the system makes it a bit confusing. I'm familiar with all D&Ds except edition 5 and i don't recall ever seeing an escalation dice!

The feat I was thinking makes the starting dice a D4 instead of D6.

I should have something posted here shortly.

Looks perfectly reasonable to me. I'll check over the numbers tomorrow, but it looks good.

I made a minor change to one of the feats and I'll add some kind of facial representation prior to First Post!

I looked over the Math and it all looks good, Ms. Mercy.
