---- SCROLLBOX START ----
I’m not new to roleplaying, but I am new to platforms like this. So please show patience while I move everything around. I have been writing for a little over a decade, and it's safe to say it's an addiction I will happily fuel. Plots and story ideas are my biggest niche, so I hope to find partners who love a good plot. That being said, I tend to get really into the story. I would like a partner who is equally interested and shares the same enthusiasm. I want to hear your ideas too. If you’re a chatty ooc who loves collaborating on plot and word-building, keep reading!
Note: Please don’t reply to this thread, pm me!

Literacy and Post Length: I do consider myself to be advanced Lit. I write in Third-Person (past-tense) I can easily write more if my partner is advanced. I’m good at mirroring, but I will preserve quality over the length.
Reply Frequency: I am finishing a degree, a job, and an internship. I will be busy often. However, I will try to reply at least 3-4 times a week. I can talk OOC daily.
Preferred Smut Ratio: 55:45 to 70:30 story to smut
Since I favor romantic pairings, all of my plots will have romance and erotica available. I’m comfortable and flexible with Extreme NSFW. I do have a few limitations that can be discussed in PM

- Please understand that I will get busy from time to time. I ask you to be understanding and patient. Life will always come first, but I will communicate with you if I’m not able to reply within my usual timeframe. If you become busy, just give me a heads up.
- I don’t do realistic or cartoonish face claims. Meaning: I will not use the face of a real person, or an overly cartoonish face claim. I like my claims to be drawn/2D but still have realistic proportions
- If you are no longer interested in the story, communicate with me.
- Your characters must look/act/be adults.
- Do not spam me or act passive aggressive. I will respond to you when I: (A) see the message, or (B) have the energy to reply. Spamming will only kill my interest.

PYEWACKET
A remote village is under siege by demonic, cannibalistic creatures. Following the brutal witch trials of Pyewacket, the village; and its surrounding hunting grounds, fell victim to horrifying and unexplainable events.
Centuries after the witch trials, residents are desperate to end the curse and bring and end to their demonic plague.
DETAILS
Setting: Dark Fantasy/ Medieval/ Historical
Fantasty/Magic Type: High Fantasy, low Magic UNLESS a Muse is a magic user, then it’s Medium Magic
Pairing: MxF
Inspirations or important notes: “From”, “Sinners”, “The Witcher”
- The village knows it’s cursed, and they know why.
- Merchants and outsiders often go missing or are found after brutal deaths. This is a “come at your own risk” place
- Pyewacket is known to be cursed by outsiders
- The strange events only occur within a specific range that swallows Pyewacket and its hunting grounds.
- (Debating): Demons spread like a virus, if you are killed by one; you become one (like “Sinners” Vampires) or, they just gut you buffet style.
- Demons will come into the village (at night), strict rules and punishments have been made to keep everyone safe. Every building/structure must have a totem. With the totem, demons cannot come inside unless they are invited (someone opens a door or window. So board them up and make sure they are locked and closed).
- Skinwalker aspect: (debating) They are able to mimic people, tempting to sound like loved ones in distress to lure victims outside
- Any Magic used will not be op, and very difficult to actually use. Magic= high costs and high limitations
- This is high fantasy, different races are welcomed. Expect strange animals and world building
The Lake Pyewacket Mist:
The first strange and brutal event that took place after the witch trial burnings. Pyewacket, and surrounding areas within the curse’s reach became covered in a light mist. The origin of the mist was Pyewacket Lake, which was a safe and reliable food and water source.
Anyone and anything within this mist succumbed to a violent end. The survivors of the mist had remained out of its reach prior to the mass death (such as elevated land, like a hill). Plants, animals, and humans fell victim.
The village lost most of its people, and all of their livestock and crops.
Blood Rain:
Several records
The Strange Dogs:
(Still brainstorming)
What caused the Witch Trials
(“It was said” that a witch had been the cause of few going missing. The only witness “mysteriously died” before he could reveal the name of the witch. And boy did he die in a horrific way.
Now the village knew it was a witch, but since buddy died before he could say the name, witch trials. Many women and men were killed. It was like trying to find a needle in a haystack, Russian roulette but with a witch. It was one of them, but they didn’t know who. People pointed at each other, and of course “Just in case” mindset took over and they just started killing everybody. Mainly women. Anyone who was seen as odd, you know how the Salem-witch trials went. So, there was a huge mass hysteria and unfortunately religion took over and turned the whole place very cultish for awhile.)
They eventually killed the witch, but since they killed so many people, they don’t know who it actually was. Plus, she cursed the land.
MORE DETAILS:
Everyone is past the cult-ish witch trial mindset, in Muse A and B’s timeline, centuries have past. However, with the demons, the village does have strict rules, if you break them, you will be executed.
- Muse A and B could both be outsiders coming to investigate the village (This route means the village is asking outsiders for help/ hiring monster hunters)
- Only one muse is an outsider (A or B). The outsider could be called to investigate for the community, or come as a private investigator/hunter for a family. (Their loved one disappeared, last known located being Pyewacket)
- Muse A and B are both residents. Surviving a horrific event could bring the two to try and end this curse. (Loved ones died, maybe even another mass death being the catalyst)
- Open for other suggestions
- (Maybe) The curse binds their bloodlines to the soil. Meaning, anyone born on the cursed land is tied to it. They cannot leave or they will die, this will allow outsiders to enter and leave freely, but not the residents/ descendants of the residents that survived the trials. Which unfortunately, may also mean everyone’s descendants were either very lucky, or vile humans that killed people knowing they weren’t doing witchcraft.
- Open to other suggestions
-
Below is a list of rough ideas. There may be a few misspellings and mistakes, I threw these together very quickly. I will be refining and making them pretty later
UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Not named:
Muse A was cursed, forced to live outside human civilization. Transformed into a monster for his wrongdoing. Somehow meets Muse B who is human, Muse A is able to communicate with her, but is aggressive. Muse B tries to see if she can help/ turn Muse A back into a human
They look like people: (Like Pyewacket, can do modern settings)
Kinda like “sinners” and “From” mushed together. Or maybe even the game “No, I’m not human”
Demons are walking the earth, but they look and behave like people. Hoping you won't notice what's off about them in time. They devour you if they get a hold of you. A community has learned how to live with them, and they follow a strict set of rules. Failure to follow these rules can result in being left outside. Which, would mean certain death.
Leaving isn't an option, since the community isn't the only one dealing with them, or so you think.
Demons can't come in your house if you have a totem, but, if you open the door or window, “inviting” them in, the totem can’t protect you. Totem can be taken away as punishment, annihilating the entire family.
Giants/Trolls:
Kinda like AOT, civilizations must learn how to hide their communities from Giants who eat humans. Maybe a community was clever enough to build a village on the side of a cliff and out of their reach, or maybe high in the trees, or perhaps somehow underground. The longer they can keep themselves from being discovered, the longer they can survive. The villages are made more primal, with the most technical advanced being Viking style cabins. Giants have prevented humans from progressing.
However, with so many mouths to feed, there needs to be “runners” a select few who are chosen and trusted to go out to find food and bring it back for the community. Such as deer and other game. But sometimes these hunters are spotted and eaten, or are followed by the giants back to their village.
“They’re Lying to Us”
an Outsider x Cult member plot. Muse a (F) lives in an isolated community, to instill fear, the leaders have been telling the residents demons has taken over. However, they are one of few that were able to secure holy ground. If they left, they would be torn apart. I thought about adding actual monsters, but I will keep it optional. Having real monsters makes it much easier to keep control and everyone under their thumbs. Again, optional! Muse A was born in the community, so she only knows what she's been told.
One day, Muse B (M) came into the story. There are a few options here; he could be a runaway, or intentionally sought out the community. There are many possibilities on how Muse B became entangled here. Ideas are welcome.
Whether Muse B knows it’s a cult or not, will determine on how and why he found them. If he didn't know, he would realize early in the story. And upon meeting Muse A, starts to understand how much damage was done to her. But Muse B has a problem, Muse A has a liking towards Muse B. She’s willing to do just about anything to get him to notice her.
If he does know, he will need to be a good actor. And find a way to use Muse A to get the information he needs. Even if he needs to fake interest in her. Or, maybe it ends up being genuine.
Sadistic Games: (A very old plot)
Being invited to Jackson’s manor was seen as a great deal. Chris Jackson was a very respected and wealthy man. He often held elegant dinner parties in his home, but he only invited certain people to them. If you were invited, it was a big deal. So when you and your fiancé were invited, your fiancé pressured you to be the perfect little show doll. He didn’t want you to embarrass him in front of other rich people.
You weren’t born rich, your fiancé was. However, you were a very beautiful woman. Your father used your beauty to arrange the marriage with your fiancé. He was a selfish man, very shallow. He didn’t care about you, just your appearance. And since you were beautiful, it made his image look good.
So of course you had to go, but you would soon find that there were quite a lot of people at the party. All of which were the type that liked to brag and show off materialistic things. However, when everyone was seated at the table you would see another pair of eyes on you. The very wanting eyes of a man a few years older than yourself. But his gaze was interrupted when the host stood up to give a speech.
No one could remember past that. All of the guests would wake up in a strange building. Confused and afraid, you began to try and find a way out of the facility. Only to discover horrific monsters, or hallucinations. It wasn’t clear which was right, but one thing that could be certain: whatever they were, they were able to use your desires, emotions, and fears against you.
An elegant dinner party has now become a fight for survival.
Important information:
Roles can be changed (BxG) you may pick the gender you’re comfortable playing as
-When everyone wakes up, the host is not with them. Because of this they assume the host ( Chris Jackson) was responsible for whatever was happening to them
-There are already people inside the facility, they have been surviving for awhile, and can no longer distinguish hallucinations from reality. Causing them to act strange or do unbelievable things. They may attack you, or be suicidal.
-Just like the people before you, the longer you survive the more hallucinations you have. Your sanity begins to deteriorate.
-more people will join later on, since they are still confused about what’s happening you have several options with the newcomers. To either guide them to safety, allow them to join you, or trick them into sacrificing themselves to save yourself or someone else. The choice is yours.
-There are safe rooms. When you first arrive the host has left blueprints of the building’s layout. There are many stories, and every other floor has a “Safe Room” marked on the blueprint. The safe room is the only place monsters can’t attack you. However, to keep people from staying in the safe rooms for too long, the safe rooms will change every day. But there will be no clues to tell you what the new safe rooms are, you have to find them.
-food can be found within the building
-There is a way out, but you have to figure out the puzzle. In order to do that, you have to find clues around the facility to find the exit.
Rift (time travel) best fit for Harlow
A time traveler must eradicate anomalies before they alter the timeline. The anomalies are (maybe) a species using a rift to escape extinction. They are intelligent, populating the earth shortly after humans went extinct. Unfortunately, their species began dying with the sun. (World early stages of death) and rifts began to open.
The rifts are unpredictable, but they understood that by using them, they could escape extinction. The time traveler has to travel throughout the timelines and hunt them before they are seen/ alter history.
Note: not married to this idea, will happily take suggestions
Next to explain:
Parasite -
The most melancholic voice sobbed "She took my baby!—"
The sound pierced through me with such desolation that I found myself ascending the stairs,
though every instinct warned against it.My lantern cast a feeble circle of light upon the boards before me, illuminating nothing beyond a few feet of worn wood and the edge of a doorway. The rest was swallowed by the dark.
I could discern her form only by the window behind; a hunched silhouette against the lesser dark
of night, crouched upon the floor like some wretched creature. The sobbing ceased when I approached the doorway, and a dreadful stillness followed.
With a slowness that froze the very blood in my veins, the figure began to raise its head.
Inch by terrible inch, until it lifted from the shadows and into the sickly reach of my lantern's glow. There, emerging from the gullet of the dark, was a smiling face. Such a smile no grieving mother ever wore, grotesque in its unnatural breadth. The eyes caught the light, but reflected nothing human. And though the voice had wept with such anguish mere moments before, no trace of tears marred that horrible, grinning visage.
Without sound, the figure collapsed forward onto hands and feet and came rushing forth
with such unnatural velocity that my mind could not comprehend what my eyes beheld. I spun about and ran, stumbling down the stairs in blind terror. The lantern crashed against the banister, its light careening madly across the walls. Behind me I heard the hellish percussion of hands and feet striking wood. It was nearing my heels, gaining with every second, and I could feel the displacement of air begin to close in distance. God help me, it was gaining!
I ran until my feet struck the porch boards, carrying me several yards before I stumbled to a halt,
sobs tearing from my throat. It was standing at the threshold, only its eyes remained visible. Two points of putrid light hovering at the base of the stairs.
“LEAVE US ALONE!” I cried, hurling the lantern from me. It broke with a brief and bitter flame. But the damned thing didn't move. But—
It answered me– oh God, it answered! a haunting orchestra of throats! Mimicking me, it was.
A Weeping choir of voices, braiding together in perfect, horrifying unison. Until there was only one voice remaining.
Mine.
