Just a couple of new stories, will refresh this periodically with new ones sometimes [12/17]
As always, please DM me instead of replying here. Thank you!

i. saving people, hunting things - the family business [m/f or m/m]

I'd like to write one of my old characters again, Everett Hallowes. He's a monster hunter based mostly in America and drives across the country investigating strange happenings or responding to requests for help. Although this is definitely based off the Supernatural television series, it's no problem if you haven't seen it. We can make up the lore as we go. I'm open to writing him against another hunter, or someone who needs saving from something evil. We can explore some 'monster of the week' style stories or build an overarching demonic plot that our characters have to stop.
ii. the queen's thorn [f/f]
twenty five years ago, a queen was attacked and killed while she bathed in a sacred spring. As it was a holy place, no men were allowed inside - and by the time her guards heard the screams it was too late. Since then, it has been customary for every queen to have a female bodyguard. When a new one marries the king, a tourney is hosted inviting warrior women from across the land to show their skills. They call it The Tourney of Roses and it's mostly treated as a bit of a joke. Character A is the daughter of a poor knightly family, the loyal bannermen of a fading great house. Despite the mockery, she travels to compete in the tourney because she's waited her entire life to prove herself. She has the oddly romantic notions of a practiced fighter who has never been in a real war. It's easy for her to fall in love with her new queen because it's a chivalric love, felt privately and from afar. Never to be reciprocated.

Character B is from a far flung land, offered up as an attempt to appease the larger and more powerful kingdom before they were annexed completely. Even if this king has several nasty rumors whispered about him and several wives who died under mysterious circumstances. She soon learns she's married to a monster the first night she's taken into the one room her knight cannot follow her: the king's bedchambers.

iii. fire and blood [m/m]

I really, really love A Song of Ice and Fire and I would love to write something either based in that world, or heavily inspired by it. Once again I definitely don't require anyone to have read the books or watched Game of Thrones, we can just borrow liberally from whatever fantasy realms work for us.

When Character A was a child, his family attempted a coup against their liege lord's house and failed. His father was executed and he was taken to Character B's home to be raised as a ward - though everyone knows that he's really a hostage. He's there to ensure his family never tries to rise up again. Despite these rough circumstances, A and B grew up together to be thick as thieves. They did everything together, from training to eating and sleeping in adjacent rooms. Character B is the heir to his house, and has become overprotective of A since there are those at his father's court who dislike him for his background. He insists that A be allowed to attend council meetings despite protests. Now they are young men, and B is poised to take the throne any day now.

Then one day A receives a message from his brother, explaining how their house cannot bear this subjugation any longer. He needed A's help to overthrow the tyrant and avenge his house's humiliation all those years ago. All he has to do to be welcomed back to his family is betray his only friend.

We can add fantasy elements to this as desired, of course! I'd totally be down to have a dragon angle or something here.
