Thank you for visiting my request thread!

I have been taken up some kind of way by a few cravings recently, so I thought I'd give the ol' girl (my old RT) a revamp and list them here to see who bites. > ABOUT ME <

I am a female writer in my 30s who also happens to be a big nerd in a small, gnome body. Outside of my job as a designer, I'm usually buried in one of the many hobbies I am currently fixating on, but you'll usually see me around tinkering and tailoring, and sometimes writing, too~

I love reading, gaming, making things, watching things, riding things (motorbikes, you naughty), and really big dogs (I'm kidding, I love all dogs). If you love any of those things, too, or are generally a curious, fun-loving, and chill person, we will get along just great!

> MY WRITING <

I am chill and easy going (that's what they all say), albeit occasionally excitable, and I like to be in regular contact with my partners inside and outside of our writing. I enjoy engaging in plenty of collaboration and workshopping, as well as making internet friends who I can share the occasional laugh or meme with. I have a busy IRL with work, doges, hobbies and social stuff, so in no way do I expect or desire constant contact, but I've found that my longest running/easily maintained stories are with the people I get along with outside of the "serious business". If you are a person who prefers business-only or reduced OOC, we'll likely not make good writing partners.

Also, even if we start working on something and for whatever reason you are no longer feeling it - just let me know! I'm an adult and will not be upset, I promise, but please do not ghost, ignore or throw me long periods of time with no contact. It'll take the glow right outta my butt ~cue sad firefly noises~

Nothing against the youngins but I prefer writing partners who are 28+ in age, with all characters being 18+ and a preference for main characters being 30+. This is especially important in stories with NSFW elements.

MY WRITING STYLE

3rd person, past tense.
Detailed, thoughtful replies that are on the longer side. I prefer variable post lengths to match the tempo of the story in the moment, as well as my partners preferences, although I do lean towards longer posts. Typically they range from a few paragraphs to 1k words. I am also open to some short-term stories or shorter replies, as detailed in the erotica section below, but even these will be at least a few good paragraphs long.
Predominantly active voice. I like my characters to do rather than only tell, and tend to mix in internal thoughts with plenty of descriptions of physical actions, reactions, environment etc. (I enjoy this in partner replies as well).
I tend to write female [F] characters, but would be open to writing other genders.
In romantic settings, I tend to write my characters for male characters [FxM], but I am LGBTQI+ friendly and would be open to writing other pairings.
When my character is human, I like to play women of colour, particularly of east and south Asian heritage. Have a look at some of the character mood boards I have made to get an idea.

MY POSTING STYLE

Reply frequency: 1-2 times a week. I consider myself a detailed and attentive writing partner. I like to take my time and carefully craft each post, and would appreciate the same level of effort. I am known to occasionally engage in some daily/multi-daily back-and-forth if my other stories are dormant during that time or if I've had too many oat milk lattes and am procrastinating from work.
I will never rush you for a post, but after a month or so of no contact I may check in with you to see what's up. Ideally, we'd be in regular contact anyway between replies cos we're frens, and in this case, I would have infinite patience.
I live in Australia and tend to post late in the evening my-time, I'm a night owl and you'll often find me online well into the early hours.
I have a flexible job and work from home most of the time, with semi-regular trips for work somewhere into the oUtBaCk or somewhere around the dark side (Eastern states). This disrupts my posting but I keep my partners well informed.

THE PLOTS

None of these ideas really have a well developed premise behind them, they're simply a vibe or setting that I'm craving. All this means is that we can work together to build something special~

WILD WESTERN

There are very few things that I love more than a cowboy, a gunfight, and the sound of a raunchy jingle on the tack piano as the saloon doors swing open.

I've always loved Westerns! In fact, Red Dead Redemption 2 is my all time favourite game (Arthur Morgan is my long time game husband) and I made my parents start me on riding lessons when I was just a wee bug. I'm down for all the tropes you'd expect in a fictional Wild West; gunslingers, frontier justice, outlaws with honour, small towns in the middle of nowhere, train heists, vast landscapes, and sweeping romances.

OUTLAWS IN ORBIT

If you weren't expecting this by my name alone, then don't talk to me or my Malcolm Reynolds poster ever again >:O

Are we smugglers? Bounty hunters? Mercs? Are we long time crewmates, or is one of us a veteran captain in desperate need of a crew who's been forced to scrape the bottom of the barrel? Maybe we're on different crews with a long-time rivalry who find themselves at the same rendezvous at the wrong time...

Whichever way we go, you bet there'll be ragtag crews, frontier planets, charming rogues, big bad governing bodies, frontier planets, justice gone wrong, and hopefully even some pirates.

SPICE AND ALL THINGS NICE

While I usually prefer to write stories that have a heavy focus on the story, I'm opening up a slot or two for some shorter-term stories with a focus on erotica. Even so, I'd still like some sort of engaging storyline to work up to the spice, and would still prefer a solid post length so that each reply is detailed, immersive, and steamy.

Forced proximity? Enemies suddenly and convenient lovers for the night? (Or maybe it's just an unspoken thing they just do and then never ever acknowledge). Arranged marriage? A painstakingly long and nurtured flirtation unexpectedly coming to a head? (heh). Hit me up with your best plots and let's see if we mesh!
