A new environs

Hello, my name is Five. Looking for a new place to scope out for storywriting and partners.

A little about me, I am a huge book reader. My favorite genre is PNR/UF but I will read just about anything with engaging characters and narratives. My most recent reads were The Yellow Sign by James Hodge and My Best Friend's Exorcism by Grady Hendrix. Both were phenomenal and knocked my socks off and I'd recommend them 100%. Currently looking for my next read, trying out The Fractured Mate by Susan Trombley which I am enjoying very much(fae as aliens in space wars? Alright, I can dig it! Protagonist is easy to root for as well) and What Lies Beyond the Veil by Harper L. Woods which I am not. Woods has until 25% to snatch me fully or I'm dropping it DNF. There are so many books to read, I don't have time to slog through stuff I'm not enjoying.

Anyway, enough about books, I like movies and tv shows but as of late I am more into watching reviews and analysis of them rather than watching through the actual shows. It comes and goes. Right now, I'm very much into books and writing. Hoping to make some good friends here!

I'm still looking around, snooping and lurking. I tend to soak in the water of new communities a bit before activating my search.

Is it good/appreciated if I read rp posts and give them a like? Or is it considered creepy for outsiders to do that? I merely wanted to leave a few quiet compliments on an rp I found but if it would be disruptive to them, I'd rather not do that, you know?

Leaving likes and such is perfectly fine and most are happy to see the appreciation(while a few squirm with embarrassment --- all the more reason to drop them hearts!)

Posting or commenting on stories though should be avoided. Hit thier profile with that kind of support. :)

Oh, yeah, absolutely. That would be embarrassing for ME actually to drop a comment right in the middle of their story! XD oof! I'll stick to hearts and thumbs.
