As some of you might have noticed, chat colours for regular users are no longer available. With the new update to the chat and new themes in the works, we've decided to reevaluate. Chat colours are too difficult to police across multiple themes with different blending requirements and it is not possible to allow preset colours which are always legible.
We will be retaining the ability of staff to use them. However these colours will always be the same as their name and will be tested across all themes, as a way to help staff be identified more easily in chat and made distinct from users who might have coloured names.

1. The settings menu for chat should be available again.
2. There should now be the ability to upload images directly to chat (use responsibly)
3. Chat should now be more useable across all themes.
