Appearance: 6'1" 200 lbs, short brown hair, one blue eye on his left, a cybernetic eye on his right. Burn scar on the right side of his neck. Slim but athletic build. Normally wears black pants, no shirt, long leather trench coat and steel toed boots (with the steel plates on the outside).
About: Isaac was born and raised in the streets of Absondern. He grew up always interested in technology. He would often be found building his own gadgets. He didn't have many friends and he had less when tragedy struck his home, when he was a young teen. A fire broke out, later to be determined arson, in the apartment building he lived in with his parents and little sister. He and his sister were of the very few to make it out of the building. He had gone home to find the building on fire that day. Unable to wait for the proper authorities to come, he ran into the building and found his family. It was too late for his parents, trapped in their bedroom. His sister was in the living room. He scooped her up and ran. He was able to make it out of the building with her, but with damage to his body from the fire and an ember catching his right eye, which he had to get surgically replaced with a prosthetic eye.
Nowadays, Isaac owns his own junkyard with his assistant Gimba Iron-Gear, located under the interstate bridge. His sister off in a different city, living her own life. Isaac never stopped his interest in technology. He eventually made his own perfectly functional cybernetic eye in which he wired into himself with the help of Gimba. Some in the neighborhood have taken to calling him a technomancer, having an unusual affinity with technologies of various advancement. He makes a living making all sorts of gadgets for people. He isn't rich by any means, but he and Gimba are able to keep the place running fine as they live and work within the junkyard.
