Bio: The number of human C-Sec officers is in the hundreds, and Fitz was a cut above even his well-qualified peers, working hard to put a good image forward for humanity. Fitz rose through the C-Sec ranks fairly quickly due to unquestionable results and fostering a reputation for treating his people fairly, making him well-liked by those who served under him. This allowed Fitz to establish a network of loyal informants in the other departments of C-Sec as he moved to higher and more visible posts. Once in a position to be able to start making a difference, Fitz was approached by Garrus Vakarian, a Turian C-Sec officer in the investigations division. Garrus told Fitz that he had been watching him and liked how Fitz had been trying to implement positive change and promote cooperation between divisions. Eventually Garrus admitted he wanted to work with Fitz to try and flush out corruption within C-Sec and to make a bigger impact on shutting down the criminal elements working within the Citadel. Eager to have a chance to impact real change, Fitz agreed and began using his network of contacts to collect information to send Garrus.
