Welcome to my thread. It’s a window into my world, which neatly explains why it’s a directionless mess, but hopefully you’ll be able to get of sense of who I am.

Themes
My writing typically falls into one of two camps:

Grand adventures, filled with trials and twists to test us. Throw our characters together in amongst the drama, with a slowly simmering romance blossoming through the chaos. Bonus points if you enjoy injecting a little humour to keep things light in between the action. These stories can contain smut, but I’d rather it didn’t become the main focus. As for settings, I tend to favour the following:
  • Romance
  • Fantasy / Isekai
  • Supernatural
  • Post-Apocalypse / Survival
  • Mystery
  • Slice of Life

Psychological explorations. Focused around mature themes, be they dark and/or sexual. I like to vocalize my character’s thoughts, drill into their psyche and tease out those complicated emotions. It doesn’t have to be extreme. The classic shy, naive character’s first taste of something wicked, falling to some temptation or a loss of innocence… all the way up to full blown corruption. These are the types of stories where smut and kink can run rampant, but as always they still need to be part of the plot. Settings are as above but a realistic modern setting is also welcome.

I’d like to think of myself as a friendly chap, and as such OOC conversation is highly encouraged. Both for collaborative reasons where we can plan what’s upcoming or float certain ideas you’re keen to include, or just to rant as the mood takes you, I’m easy going.
Reply Schedule
Typically I write 2 solid paragraphs per reply, and aim to reply every other day, though this is highly contextual. If we’re both available and our characters are having an important interaction with one another then it might be better to rapid fire some quick, short replies. If we choose to reply less frequently then perhaps we opt for fewer, lengthier replies?

Rather than setting out some deadlines and requirements, I prefer to go with the flow for the most part. Also I inevitably end up matching my partner’s pace anyway.

Smut?
Oh yes. The most important thing for me is that any sexual content occurs as part of the story, they don’t just erupt out of nowhere to tick our kinky boxes, but are woven into the plot as character moments themselves. But when the conditions are right, here’s what I like to write:

Kinks
  • Sub / Dom dynamics. Generally I prefer to write as the submissive or as a switch, but I have been known to dabble on the dominant side from time to time.
  • Power Exchange
  • Teasing
  • BDSM
  • CFNM/CMNF
  • Corruption
  • Romance and Aftercare (That’s a kink nowadays, right?)

Limits
  • Everything banned by the forum.
  • Scat
  • Furry
  • Vore
  • Drugs
  • Cuckolding
  • Sounding
  • Gore

I’ll just elaborate on gore a touch. Violence is absolutely fine. I don’t need it by any means but if my partner prefers to include it, or if it naturally fits the story, then I have no problem including it.
Gore is a little different. I don’t enjoy describing those kinds of scene in detail, but mentioning what happened is fair game. We’ll pretty much be fine unless you’re specifically hoping to write some slasher/body horror stuff with me.

If you’re curious about anything here, (or anything that’s notably not here) then feel free to ask me about it. I’m rather open minded when it comes to including kinks or trying something new.

Pairings and Tropes
Here’s a handful that I enjoy playing, but it’s by no means an exhaustive list:
  • Enemies to Lovers
  • Forbidden Love
  • Forced Proximity
  • Human x Supernatural (Vampire etc.)
  • Fantasy/D&D Settings
  • Inexperienced x Experienced
  • Risky Romance
  • Experimenting Inside an Established Relationship
  • Betrayal / Blackmail
Plot Concepts
These are some of the ideas currently swirling around in my head. Details are open to change, roles are likely reversible, just let me know if something’s caught your eye.
Imagine a textbook fantasy land, with a medieval setting of a quaint village in the middle of the country side. A solitary stream runs through the middle, thatched cottages either side, and an arrangement of market stalls and shops in between.

Amongst the blacksmiths and taverns you can’t help but miss the apothecary. The medical hub of ancient times, curing ails great and small. Notably though curses are on the rise as of late, and so the services of our white witch are becoming ever more in demand.

However, she is no benevolent healer. Her services come at a steep cost, sometimes in coin but other times she demands something more personal. We can’t exactly refuse though, can we? Did the witch arrive to cleanse our curses, or did the outbreak start after she settled? Few can remember, and fewer still could ever prove anything… but all curses start from somewhere; and what better way to guarantee a steady supply of customers?

My character would then be one who discovers the witch’s plan but suffers her curse for his troubles. This creates the ironic position where he knows the truth, but can’t voice it as she is the only one who can stave off his affliction. She holds his life in her hands, and will only drip feed the cure as and when required.
Humanity is being hunted, and we don’t even know what by. The world as we knew is all but gone and we are but a few survivors evading our doom. This is a post-apocalyptic survival story set in modern times with a(n un)healthy dose of forced proximity.

One of us is tucked safely away from the carnage, living as best they can given the circumstances. The other is less well prepared. Under circumstances such as these, what’s the price of aid? With the outside world fraught with danger, and our supplies running low, what can we even do?

It’s a story inspired by a not so well known book, so let’s instead call it a War of the Worlds / Walking Dead mishmash!

That's it from me for now. Thanks for taking the time to read and here's hoping we can write together in the not too distant future.
