Greater Setting: Before we get into the RP prompts etc. let's talk a bit about the world Jakub is based in. The world is modern sci-fi, with elements of fantasy as well as modern technology (or if you want, futuristic technology) prevalent.
Local Setting: Criminal Underworld has always been infested with all manner of dark creatures, Vampires, Werewolves, Wendigos, Witches and Anomalies. Many factions existed before an evil hailed from Europe, chased by the Templars and Inquisitors during and after the crusades. This Evil had a name: Vlad Drakula III, son of Vlad Dracul II. The man came like a storm, and within a short period no more than 40 years, he'd managed to conquer most smaller factions across America and managed to establish an empire of his own, a Drug Cartel that function from within the shadows of society. It's existence remained only a rumor, controversy at the tip of tongues.

Now, you are free to take up on my offer, or come up with a prompt of your own that does not break the greater or localized setting in anyway. The character I want to use is Jakub. He's a werewolf, and operates out of New York City. He is simply a member of Vlad's criminal Empire but exists so far from the core group, Vlad doesn't even know he exists.
1) Jakub is roughs up a guy or two in a bar fight, after which he meets your character. Your character can simply be someone who means to put a stop to Jakub or law enforcement. Who your character is (male or female) does not matter.
