Hey, all! I came over here when I tried to log on to Guilty Pleasures today to find it closed. It's been a while, so I don't know how long it's been gone, but I logged on hoping to start an RP or two, so here I am!
I am 29, male, and married to a wonderful wife whom I love very much. She's well aware of my activities here, in fact I may share some stuff with her if I have permission. I'm in the military and work with that full time, so that takes a lot of my time and will always take priority over RP's. It may mean that I drop off the face of the planet for weeks at a time, but I will be sure to let any of my RP partners know to the best of my abilities. (A simple email or whatever has never been an issue before.)
I'm a huge nerd. In fact I'm in the middle of NaNoWriMo right now, which is part of the reason I hopped on here. I love anime, video games, books of all sorts, though my preference is fantasy. I follow sci-fi a little bit, and the stuff that I do I follow religiously.
I've been working on several stories that will in the end be several books since I was in high school, and I will probably try to incorporate many elements of that into my RP's. I like to RP something to test it out a bit. I'm really into fantasy settings, even modern fantasy, though I do like a slice of life setting every once in a while. I like mine to be mature theme oriented, sometimes even centric, but what I'm in the mood for changes regularly, so I'm adaptable.
