Backstory:
Elspeth's paternal great grandparents were "boat people" (who were allowed to immigrate into Australia). Her mother's Australian side of the family traces to exile from Great Britain to Botany Bay. Elspeth was named after her her grandmother from her mother's side of the family. Granny Elspeth instilled the pursuit of greatness in the little girl, telling her that she knew the girl would go far in the world. Until Elspeth was twelve, she (and her mother and brother) lived with her mother's family, in the Outback. It was in the outback that Elspeth learned to imitate the sounds of animals, with a high degree of proficiency. When she was twelve, the family reunited with her father in Sydney. She made a number of friends in the Sydney school system. While there she was introduced to music, choir and dance. She had talent and thought that maybe one day she might be an actress of the stage. In her freshman year at South Sydney High School, a group of her friends wanted to start a band but none of the parents wanted the noise of a drum kit, so Elspeth experimented with beatboxing and developed that talent. The band didn't work out, but she still had that talent. After graduating from High School, Elspeth heard about the Nova Entertainment audtions and hopes to show the world what she can do.
