Hello, I am avaunt! My muse is prolific with vampire plots.
I'm comfortable playing all genders and sexual persuasions, however I typically play male characters when in a mxf situation (why I picked this search thread as opposed to the other). On that note, I'm more into slow building romances or even plots without all the gushy stuff. Friendships are excellent, and sometimes I'm into friends who have sex but that's an exception not the rule. Though I'm more open to playing casual sex than a romance. It's hard to write a romance rp when most of them don't survive the first ten pages. Smut has GOT to have a plot.
Since we're writing vampires, expect a lot of blood, gore, and violence, yeah?
Typically I'll respond once a day, usually at night before bed. Weekends will find me a lot more active. I'll write on my phone most of the time, so while my grammar and spelling are usually decent, please be kind to me for my (hopefully) infrequent mistakes.
I write a lot in my responses. A usual post is around four to five paragraphs, but I've been known to write more if I'm particularly excited about a scene. I'd really like my partner to do the same as if I get less, I'll write less in return and the thread will inevitably lose my interest. Let's keep things above two paragraphs and I'll be happy.
If we write together, I'm going to talk your ear off. I love ooc chatting. Don't like it? No worries, just tell me off.
Now on to the good stuff. Vampiric plots: I usually want to play the vampire, but if asked nicely I can to the other character.
A vampire hunter finds an injured vampire in the streets. Instead of killing the thing, they take it home for some reason that escapes them. This will be something of a prisoner/warden deal. Enemies to friends and maybe to lovers. How do they keep the vampire from eating them? Extra drama as to how they're hiding the vampire from their vampire hunting pals. Other plot points, I don't know. Anything you can add, I'd be happy to hear. (Could be set in the past?)
"Long ago, in an epic battle of might, King Phelios defeated the Vampire King Duzell. And as both lay dying, Duzell swore that his reincarnation would find King Phelios' reincarnation and exact his revenge. A hundred years later, the moment of reincarnation has arrived...the only problem is that Duzell has been reincarnated as a harmless house cat. And to add to his frustration, he can't find the reincarnation of King Phelios. Luckily, he has been adopted by Phelios' granddaughter, the teenage princess, through whom Duzell may be able to track down who in the Phelios tribe is host to the great king's reincarnated soul." Vampire game plot? No canon knowledge needed. I'm tempted to remove names from the plot to make it more approachable.
A lazy, socially awkward vampire hires a poor, desperate college student to clean up after them and be their roommate.
I've been play the game Vampyr. So I'm really into doctor vampire who wants to help people while horrified vampire hunter watches right now. Why did the administrator who knows about vampires hire a vampire?
I have a few interests that are not vampires.
A medieval fantasy world where the gods are trying to kill humanity. One of the gods steals the sword that has the power to do that and flees to the mortal realm. Once there they get entangled with mortal life, having to decide between helping people and fleeing from the other gods.
A group of college students form a group to practice their pagan religions. Two girls meet and while uncovering their feelings for each other they also uncover a supernatural world that's equal parts terrifying and beautiful.
In the unforeseeable future, a criminal mad scientist creates a human without the aid human reproductive cells. (Think sexy Frankenstein's monster. We get to make up science. Also teach a fully grown non-human being about being human, yay!)
