Star Wars Mandalorian OCs
When writing solo, the two characters below are married. For RPs, depending on which one I'm playing, they are widowed.
Bez Huk
Age: Bez is a Spaarti clone, artificially aged to adulthood and educated through flash learning. While he is barely a decade old in standard years, he is considered an adult.
Bio: Bez was born during the final year of the Galactic Civil War between the Republic and Confederacy of Independent Systems. In the late stages of the war, the Republic reduced spending on the expensive cloning processes used by the Kaminoans in favor of cheaper, and arguably inferior cloning processes involving the use of Spaarti clone cylinders. Bez was among the first of these new clones to be created using a heavily altered Fett genetic stock. With barely a month of training, he was assigned to an occupation force stationed in the Mandalore sector. This was a precursor to later occupations of Mandalore itself after Order 66.
Because he was a Spaarti clone, Bez was often shunned by the Kamino clones. However, upon witnessing Bez and several other Spaartis in battle, some Kamino clones realized these new troopers were little more than cannon fodder and decided to do what they could to keep them alive, believing that, Kaminoan or not, the Spaartis were their brothers. During off duty hours, some veterans began training the Spaartis. In time, said training turned into more comprehensive education, the Kaminoan clones relating their own wisdom and observations about the war and the galaxy in general. Ultimately, in the wake of Order 66, Bez's occupation force was put in charge of quelling local uprisings and other unrest during the transition from the Republic to the Galactic Empire. Bez's unit, comprised of both Spaarti clones and Kaminoan clones, became increasingly disgruntled with the state of things. Eventually, the unit deserted, smuggled to Mandalore through a pipeline set up by the Mandalorian Skirata clan, which had been working to free clone troopers and set them up with new lives.
Bez's unit was taken in by the Huk clan and Bez and several others were formally adopted into the family by the clan matriarch. Shortly after, Bez met Jai Huk. They were married within the next few years and lived aboard her ship: the Charon's Crossing.
Jai Huk
Age: early twenties
Bio: Jai was born into the Huk clan on Mandalore and grew up with a fairly standard Mandalorian upbringing. By the age of six, she was already training with various weapons and knew how to track and hunt animals in the scrubby wooded areas around her family's farm. One parent or another was often gone on various jobs and sometimes she was left in the sole care of her older sister Miana. When Miana turned eight, she was taken off world, accompanying their mother to begin her military service.
Two years later, after living with a nearby clan as a ward while the rest of her family was away, Jai's father returned to Mandalore to take her off world and begin her training as well. Jai returned five years later, spending six months on Mandalore before shipping out again with a young group of Mandalorian mercenaries. Jai spent the next several years working her way across the galaxy, moving from one job to another until finally returning to Mandalore for an extended period. By this time, she had built up enough funds to buy and outfit her own ship in addition to adding to the overall wealth of her small clan. Upon arriving home, Jai was greeted by several new brothers: clone troopers who had deserted the Imperial Army, traveled to Mandalore and been formally adopted into the clan by Jai's mother.
Initially, Jai's acceptance of her new "brothers" was a bit reluctant. Like many who had never spent significant time with clones, she felt a bit unnerved by them at first but soon came to accept them as individuals, especially the soft spoken Spaartis who seemed to absorb new skills like sponges but seemed incredibly naive about the universe. Eventually, Jai embraced the role of big sister, helping to integrate the clones into life on Mandalore. During this time, she became close with Bez, one of the Spaartis, who seemed abnormally curious when compared to his rather docile and subdued fellows.
Within a few years, Bez and Jai were married, working as mercenaries in the mid rim aboard Jai's ship.

Bio: Growing up on the Tuvarran homeworld, Sanno was encouraged to go into military service at a young age. Like other Tuvarrans, Sanno's diminutive physique belies great physical strength and endurance, their smaller bodies and high gravity world giving them dense bone and muscle mass. Sanno became a Tuvarran shock trooper and gained merit and prestige for several successful, high risk missions. However, Sanno eventually became ideologically opposed to the Tuvarran government's constant war mongering and willingness to loan out its troops to act as private military forces to elite corporations. Sanno left the military and signed on as a merchant marine on a privately owned freighter, ever on the lookout for opportunity, riches and prospective sexy bedfellows.

Bio: Yndra was born shortly before Chellids became part of galactic society. The relatively primitive race had little to offer in terms of technology but their robust physiology and inherent physicality made them perfect for two galactic industries: mercenary work and the sex trade. Yndra dabbled in both, eager to see the galaxy beyond her small planet. Coming from a culture which placed emphasis on self reliance, Yndra proved adept at navigating galactic society, finding she enjoyed merc work as much as sex work. Rather independent from the outset, Yndra has an easygoing personality and confidence which often attracts people, allowing her to network without much effort. This makes it quite easy for her to find new jobs and opportunities to suit her wanderlust, moving from place to place.
Notes: The crest on her head acts something like a cockatiel's crest and may have once been used in mating displays. The crest serves to aid in body language and communicate mood or intention. Additionally, Chellid have sharp teeth suggesting they were once exclusively carnivores but recent evolutionary advancement has made them omnivorous.

Mazs was the latter, putting his technical skills to work on freighters and repair stations. Kyr approaches problems patiently albeit with a cynical attitude. Hardship of growing up as a member of a failed society has made him expect the worst which ironically gives him something of a zen way of dealing with things. He's never really disappointed because he never has high expectations.

The art is pending. Imagine a big, lithe cat/hyena/ferret with no ears or eyes and a smooth, scaly hide. He lopes on all fours but can stand on two legs, front legs longer than his back legs. His hands are part way between paws and human digits, He wears a lot of pouches and straps to carry things like tools while walking on all fours. His skin is jet black and a little iridescent in the right light. He has a bright blue tongue. Masz senses his environment through smell and a sensory organ in his skull which acts something like a dolphin's sonar.
