Personality: Norlan is made of quick-wit and even quicker tongue, oftentimes placing himself in precarious situations. With an attitude such as his others tend to use him as carefree and ignorant but in truth his words only by him time to evaluate his surroundings, making him often attentive.
Backstory: Norlan grew up to a human mother and Miraluka father, his human traits gifting his physical eyes but his father's side making them nearly useless. It wasn't often he'd see his father but his pirate salary paid for the roof over his and his mother's head. At an early age, he wanted to become a pirate like his father but his mother insisted on a more noble route, so he was sent to the academy for general studies. He excelled in his courses, having a notable gift of gab. It wasn't until a few years into his office job that he sought a little more in life, this turn lead him down to becoming an informant of sorts. He was doing better on money, and better in life for all he could care for.
