MxF Be Seeing You Space Cowboy

Greetings Ghouls and Goblins,

Here I am, dipping my pinkie back into the pond to see if something reaches out to pull me back in. So here goes my basic little request thread. I'm hoping to get 2, maybe 3 RPs going to get back into the swing of things. I suppose I should start with a little about myself.

I'm a 23 year old American man living in South Korea for the next year. Some of my hobbies include Hockey, Greco-Roman Wrestling, Horseback riding, A handful of Anime's, Reading and Writing. Probably my favorite thing to do is building, Painting and Kit bashing Gundams. I'm a big fan of the series. Oh and I'm an encyclopedia of quotes from Movies, and TV shows. It's almost disturbingly weird that I'm like Rainman when it comes to that stuff. Now that that's out of the way, I'm sure you're probably wondering if we may be a good match for an RP. Allow me to help.


-To start things off, it's been a good while since I've RP'd. So I'm looking to get 1 or 2, maybe 3 solid RPs going. I ask that you bear with me as I get back into the groove of things

-I personally work an irregular schedule. Anywhere between a 6-14 hour day depending on what's happening. Sometimes I'm up as early 2 am to start work and I'm off by noon. It just depends. For the RPers in the U.S. I'm 16 hours ahead of you, so I may reply when you happen to be asleep. I just ask you be ok with knowing unless it's my day off, don't expect a set schedule of when I can reply, or frequent replies. I will always try to get a reply once a day at least. If it's been a few days, go ahead and kick me to make sure I'm awake :D

-On the note of replies, I keep a personal standard of at least 1 paragraph, but aim for more. Something that is enough for my partner to work off of. You can reply as long as you'd like. The more we put into our RP the more fun! Right?

-I like to have OOC talk. Getting to know my partner a bit beyond RP planning. Otherwise I feel like we're in a business agreement which creates more of a tension then enjoyment when replying. I mean we're here to have some fun right?

-And finally, if you get bored with our RP or aren't feeling it, lemme know. I won't take it personally, maybe a little bummed, but I'd much rather you let me know then just ghost. Maybe we can even discuss how to get things going again or do a new RP. And the same goes for me, if I'm not feeling it, I will always do you the courtesy of letting you know. Or if I need a break or I'm really tied up, I'll keep you updated :)

Now that that's out of the way, onto the good stuff. Kinks, settings and limits.

And finally, settings. Currently I'm in the mood for either a Sci-fi, or slice of life type RP. Star Wars, Space, Mass Effect, Mecha, space pirates. Anything involving or similar I'm likely to be very into. As for Slice of life, I'm up for a wide range of ideas. So if you have any sort of idea really for an RP, pitch it to me. Same with kinks I'm always willing to listen and let you know.
